THE TRUST PRESERVES HISTORIC LIFEBOAT "ROTARY SERVICE", FOR USE AS A YOUTH TRAINING VESSEL TO HELP 12-25YR OLDS FROM VULNERABLE BACKGROUNDS THROUGH PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR SOCIAL WELFARE AND TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. THE TRUST ALSO PROVIDES SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES.
