We are a community centre which is open for membership to persons from a young age to the elderly. We provide activities bingo, quizzes etc five nights a week. There is also dance, kickboxing and games sections which are open to anybody who wishes to take part.

Rode Heath Village Hall provides a venue for various events to be enjoyed by local people of all ages. Folk, Line and Zumba dancing, Table Tennis, Indoor Bowling, Bingo, Lace Making, Old Folks Effort and Over 60s meet on a regular basis. The Hall is also available for hire to private individuals for parties, receptions and other events.

Merriott Village Hall provides and maintains a spacious and well-equipped Hall for the enjoyment of the inhabitants of Merriott and the surrounding area. The hall is used regularly by badminton groups, pilates, yoga, exercise classes, baby classes, short mat bowling, ballroom dancing, children's dance classes and bridge. It is regularly used for occasional events such as weddings and parties.

The object for which the company is established is to advance the education of the public in the art of South Asian dance. The charity promotes healthy recreation, equality and diversity through the provision of facilities for South Asian dance education, and increases public access to performances of South Asian dance across the UK.

Our advance performing arts and theatrical performance inthe local community. We stage staging two to three plays ormusicals per annum. Members and in some case non-members experienceacting, dance, performance of music, as well as the design andproduction of sets, costumes and props, stage management, lighting, sound, front ofhouse management and script writing.

The object of the Charity is to provide facilities for the inhabitants of Sherborne West End and the neighbourhood that can be used for the advancement of education, social welfare for recreation and leisure time activities.Currently groups regularly using the facilities are Pre-school, WI, Friendship club, Community Church, Brownies, Slimming world, Dance classes, Bowls.

Providing a weekly meeting place for numerous community activities such as dancing, pilates, yoga, children's groups for music,etc,, Darby & Joan Club for the elderly. In addition there are random weekly events for adult and children,s parties and Village events

Provides village hall accommodation to various user groups from pre-school, dancing, whist drives to WI, parties and more.

Hall available for casual hire.

iID uses creativity, particularly dance to promote health, wellbeing and community cohesion. iID produces cross art form projects for people of all ages, but are specialists in working with older adults, to support people to develop their interests and skills through creative exploration while ensuring that every experience is high quality, person-centred, inclusive, safe and of artistic value.

The focus of the company's activity is to promote, encourage, and advance knowledge and participation in the performing arts in their various aspects.We offer regular classes and workshops. Delivering disciplines of Acting, Singing & Dance in a professional environment. We currently deliver workshops and structured classes to primary, secondary schools and college/universities.

To provide a youth club for children and young people aged 7 years to 17 years, providing them with a variety of activities, including sport, cookery, computers, photography, dancing and music, drama. To arrange visits to other locations for activities which are not available locally.

The hall provides facilities for numerous activities including badminton, keep fit, dancing, art classes, performing arts, dog training, cubs. Additionally, villagers may hire the hall for parties, wedding receptions, quizzes etc. The hall committee run a pensioners party, and a flower and produce show.

Our Festival organises Music, Dance and Speech and Drama festivals , competitions and other occasional concerts and events for the people of Taunton and its locality.
