Richmond MayFest provides an annual community festival of traditional music and dance, and associated activities.

The charity's objects are the advancement of education of the public in the arts and in particular in Music, including Opera, Lieder, Composition and Dance.The charity received funds from a family trust in May 2008 which has enabled the charity to solicit applications for grants and to make them.

The community centre is hired out - private parties and social activities, including exercise classes, tai chi groups, slimming world, brownies, archery. slow theatre, line dancing, keep fit, art groups, meeting place for over 60's and is also used as a polling station during elections.

The Charity maintains the Village Hall which provides a meeting place for a variety of activitiesorganised by local clubs, including Youth Club, Dressmaking,Carpet Bowls, Karate, Mothers and Toddlers, Nip-In, Table Tennis.It is also available for Drama, Dancing, Wedding Receptions, Parties, also Parish Council and Public Meetings.

Hire of hall to the general public and local councils. Monday sequence dance, Monday walkers, S Teale School of Dance, over 60's club, craft club, yoga, taekwondo, drainage board meetings, women's institute, computer club, keep fit, polling station.Reduce social isolation in the community, hold a Christmas party for over 65 and other community events.

To update and maintain Marholm Village Hall for the use of educational, recreational and functional use for the residents of the village and surrounding areas. This includes social activities, fund raising, mother and baby groups, exercise groups, folk dancing, line dancing, religeous activities and a meeting place for the Parish Council.

The Jubilee Hall is for local organisations to hold various activities such as a Bridge Club, Old Tyme Dancing, Autumn Club, Play School, Art class, Line dancing Fitness classes etc.

Provide scholarship to indigent youth and support a school programme in the Philippines. In the UK charitable projects include support victims of domestic violence, support services for senior citizens of FWA-UK and the community. General Meeting in May, Annual General Meeting in September, fundraising activities include annual food festival, annual dinner dance in June.

Newhall village hall is run for the Newhall community to enable local groups to run classes such as dancing, slimming and bingo. The hall can also be hired for parties and other local events.

The charity allows its land and buildings to be used by members of the local community for private functions and by user groups for activities including bowls, rugby, football, line dancing, archery and craft classes. It has a connected trading company which runs a licensed bar and which transfers any taxable profits it makes to the charity under a gift aid agreement.

To provide for the advancement of education of students of Tring Park School who have entered the school fortraining in the art of dance.

The promotion of competitive festivals for dance, drama/speech & music. At these bursaries may be awarded or fees paid for the further development of competitors. We also hold an annual drama summer school.
