The Society usually puts on 3 public concerts of choral music during the year, and participates in the Leith Hill Musical Festival (a competitive Festival).Students from the secondary boarding school in Mickleham are encouraged to join the regular members in these concerts.

Crawley Festival operates an annual community events programme and promotes and facilitates events by other community groups that make up the Festival programme.

BBCS is a community based choir, accessible to anyone over the age of 16. It is an active society that helps to underpin the communal life of the two villages and the surrounding area from which it draws its membership. Its prime focus is to prepare for participation in the Leith Hill Musical Festival, but in addition holds other musical and music based social events during the year.

One of 2 Rotary Clubs in Northwich that provide an opportunity for community service for both men & women. Our fund raising activities include:The Northwich Beer Festival & Christmas collections. Funds raised support charities in Cheshire and the North West of England as well as Rotary International initiatives.

Colebrook Community Association runs a range of activities for the residents of Colebrook and the surrounding area of Plympton. The main annual events are a summer carnival, fireworks display, car boot sales and Christmas celebrations. The Assocation's centre is used for a variety of classes, clubs, meetings and functions.

Organising and running of Music and Arts Festival.

Pipe band which exists to promote and provide musical tuition, perform at parades, music festivals and competitions.

Advancement of the education of the public in the subject of choral music, including the presentation of public concerts.

We are a brass band and give concerts locally and regionally and also play for many community groups including local churches and lead the local carnival procession. We also perform at civic events including Remembrance Sunday. In April 2013 we started a community band to encourage people to play brass instruments. This has 30 members aged between 7 and 80. We have also started up a learners group
