The organisation of a Music and Drama festival in which people of all ages can perform as either competitors or non-competitors in all types of music and drama classes. A professional adjudicator gives a verbal and written assessment of each entrant. The events take place over two separate weekends, and a final concert is mounted in which selected performers take part.

Funds are raised by donations from the Alton Beer Festivals, a separate entity that runs festivals.

Colne Valley Lions Club serves the villages in and around the Colne Valley area to the west of Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.Fund raising activities include annual Santa Sleigh, Easter Egg Raffle, Marsden 10 miler and Beer Festival.We also 'serve' the community by planting daffodil bulbs (over 30,000), planting trees (over 16,000), plus have provided 5 defibrillators and 5 community benches.

We are running oriental green house in Men's shed Hartlpool ,Osborne Road, TS26 9EW in order to create a nice environment around us.We aim to create jobs , education opportunities and a happy social life to our members. The WLD PTFA provides a range of events throughout the school year. The ages of the children that we cater to are 3 years up to 11 years. The events that we hold for the children are discos, craft activities, breakfast with santa. We offer many other activities for the whole family to come along to and enjoy these include, family quiz and bingo nights, music festivals, summer and Christmas fairs.
