The principal activity is to advance the religion of Islam in accordance with the Qur'an and the sunnah for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and/or distributing literature on the Islamic Faith to enlighten others about the religion and such other ways as the trustees see fit from time to time.

Supplying items of equipment for residents of the hospital who require more specialist items/ to improve their stay e.g. Special Beds, Chairs, Televisions, Electric fans, Telephones, Christmas presents. Gardening services (planting, maintenance etc)Providing a Trolley shop service to the residents three times a week.Raising funds by public activities (Ploughman's Lunches, Carnival stall)

Plan, organise and run an annual festival covering all artistic disciplines for the benefit of local residents and to encourage visitors out of season in an area that depends almost totally on the tourist industry

The Charity ran a poetry competition for the 15th year running, in-conjunction with Wirral Libraries & Wirral Poetry Festival. Wirral residents aged under 18 were invited to submit a poem on the subject of " HOPE". Over 380 outstanding entries were received. The winners & their families attended an awards evening hosted by local poets Levi Tafari & John Hughes at Birkenhead Library in July 2024 .

The Charity's mission is to provide widely accessible live music of all kinds for people living in the Wymondham area, and to draw in visitors from elsewhere.

To advance the Christian religion in Greater Manchester and beyond for the benefit of the public through the holding of prayer meetings, lectures, public celebration of religious festivals, producing and /or distributing literature on the Christian faith to enlighten others about the Christian religion.

Our PTFA works with our school, parents, pupils and the local community to put on a range of events and activities e.g. bonfire display, Christmas Fayre, prize bingo and summer festival etc. These help to build a school community, breakdown barriers and help fund-raise. We use our funds to purchase a range of goods and services that help advance the education of pupils at our school.

We discuss issues of relevence to the area, particularly community relations. We arrange house groups. We support Christian Aid. We organise worship and study. We hold prayer breakfasts. We organise a Festival Cafe. We give grants.

Bledington Music Festival promotes three evening classical concerts each June. They are held in St Leonard's Church, Bledington. The artists performing also give workshops or mini concerts to the children of the village Primary School during the afternoon of their forthcoming concert.

To advance public knowledge of Kurdish art and culture in such ways as may be thought fit, including:-promoting films, festivals and cultural events-establishing an archive-encouraging cultural learning and exchanges between the Kurdish community and the wider public-publications and production of promotional materials, training and exhibitions.

The aim of the RAF Theatrical Association (RAFTA) is to improve theatre in the RAF.To do this, RAFTA:*Holds an annual One Act Play Festival (improvement through competition).*Runs a 'Project' every 2 years, putting on a show in a professional theatre.*Runs drama courses and workshops for its members.*Critiques shows put on by its member clubs to offer tips for improvement (adjudication).

The advancement of the islamic religion according to the teaching of the Holy Muslim Saints of the Chishtia Sabria Order including lectures, classes and festivals & related cultural activities.

To advance the Evangelical Christian religion in England for the benefit of the public, mainly but not exclusively, through religious education, the celebration of religious festivals, the holding of prayer meetings, enlightening others about the Christian faith and providing outreach and pastoral care for the community, including emergency food and other supplies to those in need.

Production of the York Cycle of Mystery Plays in the waggon play tradition using a four yearly cycle. Arranging conferences to increase the knowledge of the mystery plays in this form.

THEATRE

Raising funds in order to stage a day-long event culminating in a Carnival Parade and fireworks display which offers local charities the opportunity to collect money for their respective charities.As of the 2025 AGM, following 2 years inactivity, this organisation has been closed down. The money held was allocated to another community based charity and the bank account has been closed.
