The Cleveland Unit is the child development centre and nursery for the South Tees area. The Unit offers multi disciplinary assessment, therapy, early years education and parental support to children who have low incidence special needs and their families. The fund provides for specialist seating, books, off-site visits, and more large and small items for the day to day running of this service.

Mahak Foundation aims to provide funds to local charities in Aligarh district of India to support:1. Education of children from low socioeconomic background in the form of tution fees, books, uniform, mid day meals, etc. This may also include support towards building and other facilities.2. Vocational and literacy training of women from similar background to enable them to be self sufficient.

The Henry Nicholson charity has a current policy of providing Winter fuel allowances for the elderly of the Parish. Graveyard maintenance for those in the parish unable to tend graves. Grants for the purchase of books/equipment for students of the parish. Grants to local primary school for special projects. Donations towards charities that serve the local community.

A small Trust established many years ago with limited resources. Provides single grants of up to ?1,000 per applicant in or towards the purchase of books and electronic or other equipment and fees for further education. Applicants must reside in or be formerly from Scunthorpe and immediate district and apply in writing or by e-mail.
