There are many young people resident in Swale who could be helped to achieve their full potential with a little financial assistance and encouragement when it is most needed.Grants are available for many activities, including music, dance, drama,all sports, indeed almost anything that will help young people to make the most of their talents and opportunities.

The advancement of the musical education of young people. To increase their knowledge, understanding and love of music, their ability to develop musically and to give them the opportunity to perform to the most advanced standard of which they are capable.

Working with all groups in the community and surrounding areas: craft, children's parties, family entertainment, fitness and wellbeing, music, raising awareness of heritage and a variety of fund raising events. Mostly held at the Village Hall, Heyrod.

Holding usually three orchestral concerts a year, at which Harrow Symphony Orchestra plays a widerange of music. This gives both the orchestra and its audience the opportunity to widen their understanding of music.

We are an amateur orchestra, performing up to three concerts per year in the Medway and Maidstone area (in Kent) for the general public.

To promote the Christian faith primarily through the provision of an annual holiday week for children and young people with a combination of performing arts, games, teaching, music, handicrafts and other compatible activities.

We are an inclusive ensemble who work to develop the skills of any Brass musician in Cathays. We can often be seen keeping community music alive through creating social rehearsal and performance opportunities across Cardiff.

We run music and creative arts therapy workshops from our Darwen based community recording studio with marginalised and under privileged young people. As well as the therapeutic value of the engagement, we also up-skill and offer qualification opportunities to all.

We are a non-professional orchestra that has put on three concerts this year.

The Capricorn Singers is a ladies voice choir based in Cleveleys, Lancashire. Membership is open to any female person aged 18 or over. We sing all types of music including pop and rock, musical theatre, film soundtracks, and easy-listening. We perform all over the Fylde Coast - entertaining people, promoting a sense of community, and raising money for charities.

The Charity's principal aim is the presentation of choral works in public. There were two concerts in the 2014-5 season, Mendelsshon's 'Elijah' in autumn 2014 and 'Requiem' by Brahms, together with 'Five Mystical Songs' by Vaughan Williams in spring 2015. Both concerts were popular and attracted good audiences. In December 2014 an annual carol concert was performed at a local residential home.

We have provided financial and other support to the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Service to further the advancement of the musical education of students in the County Youth Music groups. Funds were raised by holding various concerts throughout the year, operating a tuck shop at the Kettering Road site, producing and selling "hoodies" and producing and selling audio and photo cds.

We are a friendly, motivated and progressive brass band. We have a flexible approach to membership and welcome players of varying ages and abilities. We have a training band, offering free tuition and instruments loan. We rehearse and are very active in the local community, representing Trimdon (and the North East) at concerts, civic functions and in competitions (locally and nationally).

Brecknock Sinfonia Trust presents concerts of orchestral and chamber music in Brecon Cathedral and surrounding areas, providing opportunities for local musicians, particularly young musicians, to play at a high standard. Amateur Symphony Orchestra. It aims to provide public concerts, charity music provision, and consultation to other music groups. (Minimum age 16).

The Society strives to support and promote choral singing in the community; to improve the standard of singing of the Choir members through teaching and rehearsal. It particularly aims to recruit younger members. It aims to perform concerts at least once a year.
