The Bell Repair Fund exists to give financial assistance to Derby Diocesan Parochial Church Councils when incurring financial outlay on their bell installations. The Fund will support work which is associated with bell installations and is necessary for the normal use of the bells. The scope of this work will be at the discretion of the Trustees.

Local choral society providing two concerts a year.

An annual competitive festival of music and the Spoken Word to encourage higher standards especially among the children of Whitby and the surrounding area. A Choir Day is held in April when adult choirs from many parts of the UK come to sing together and be judged by professional adjudicators.The Festival was originally known as "The Eskdale Tournament of Song" and was founded in 1902.

We train and educate singers in choral musicWe give concerts (some paid, some free) and give to other charities from proceeds of ticket money.The choir enters the Leith Hill Music Festival (a charity) and supports that Charity The choir uses the services of professional musicians and conductor.

Canterbury Music Makers provides the opportunity for people of varying ages and abilities to participate in orchestral music playing and performance. It functions chiefly for the enjoyment of its members and has both artistic and social functions. Concerts are used as a vehicle for raising funds for charitable concerns.

The advancement of the study, practice and appreciation of the art and science of music, and in particular of 'Early Music', eg by organising workshops, lectures, courses etc, both live and online, and by disseminating information relating to early music to SEMF members and others. SEMF is one of 9 UK regional Early Music Fora; our main area of operation is the south and south east of England.

Classical Sheffield is a local charity committed to championing music makers and music making across the city of Sheffield. In doing so the charity connects over 60 organisations across the city's amateur, professional, and educational classical music provision. As part of this work Classical Sheffield promotes a major bi-annual festival the Classical Weekend.

A brass band based in Uckfield, East Sussex.

The village hall is available for the use of all village residents and to people outside the village. Currently it is let on a regular basis for dancing classes, yoga classes, WI meets. We also organise entertainment such as music, theatre and other items of interest. The facility is available 7 days per week.

Fundraising activities include sponsored sporting events, dinners, afternoon teas, concerts and other events held mostly locally to our registered address. The funds are used to support relatively local individuals and organisations within our objective grant categories

Promoting and developing the appreciation and practice of choral singing on Hayling Island (in Hampshire) and the surrounding area, through rehearsing and giving 3 annual concerts, the provision of donations or bursaries to local organisations and students and vocal support to other local choirs, church events, retirement homes, etc.

In the Royal Borough of Tunbridge Wells and the towns and villages of the Kent and Sussex Weald: - to provide outreach programmes of music and entertainment for the benefit of the young, old and underprivileged members of the community, and - to provide festivals of the arts and entertainments.

Our choir learns and performs early choral music often with other early music musicians (pre-renaissance, renaissance and some baroque) around the North West of England and North Wales. We learn about early music and musical performance from our employed musical director and inform the public about early music at our recitals.

THE PRINCIPAL AIM OF THE ABERYSTWYTH SILVER BAND IS TO SUPPORT LOCAL TOURISM, CIVIC DUTY AND CHARITY FUND-RAISING EVENTS THROUGH THE MEDIA OF MUSIC. IT PERFORMS IN ASSOCIATION WITH LOCAL CHORAL SOCIETIES IN PARTICULAR TO PROMOTE THIS AIM.

The band welcomes musicians of all ages and abilities. Funds are raised from public performances/concerts and via donations to cover overheads. It also supports local charities and organisations in their fund-raising activities by playing free of charge eg RNLI, British Legion, school events, etc.
