IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WE ENGAGE IN ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTE INTEGRATION AND COHESION AMONG PEOPLE FROM ETHNIC BACKGROUNDS PARTICULARLY THOSE THAT HAVE RECENTLY MIGRATED FROM ZIMBABWE, NIGERIA, INDIA & PAKISTAN etc. IN AFRICA & ASIA WE AIM TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SUFFERING AMONG VULNERABLE PEOPLE. WE ALSO WORK TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF AFRICAN MUSIC & ARTS IN THE UK THROUGH STAGE PERFOMANCES.

We are a group of people with a common interest of playing , performing and teaching the art of the 'Full Scottish Bagpipes, snare, bass and tenor drumming'. We do this by holding classes for anyone interested in learning to play Bagpipe and Snare, Bass and Tenor drums. We also perform and compete at Local, National and International Events

Concerts, Workshops, Talks, Lectures, Dramatic Performances, Poetry, Community Events, Education Events, Walks Exploring the Area. All to celebrate the area of Fitzrovia, in Central London.

'Friends of Musicfest Aberystwyth' provide vital bursaries for young music students who might otherwise not have the means to attend the annual week-long festival and summer school, Musicfest Aberystwyth. Some 90 students come from across the UK, aged from 14-22. They receive expert tuition, have performance opportunities and hear top-rate international artists in concerts. All donations received

Quiz Supper, Year 7 Spring Party, Comedy Night and refreshments at the Summer Concert.

During the past year, the charity maintained active contacts with the ethnic minority groups & supported them in various ways. As charity itself in financial crisis no such help could be provided to other groups to enhance the potentiality of the youths. Facilities in training in indian arts, music, drama & basic computer provided together with healthcare, cultural & religious festivals.

The objectives of the group shall be to educate the public in the arts and sciences and in particular the art and science of music by the promotion primarily of the works of Gilbert & Sullivan in concert and operatic form. To assist in raising funds for charitable purposes.

We provide many events on a local and county basis eg. craft music art ect..We meet monthy providing fun and friendship and surport for all our members.

The charity runs a music and arts festival each spring as well as Friends events throughout the year in the Tavistock area
