The object of the choir shall be to promote, improve, develop and maintain public education in and appreciation of the art and science or choral music in all it aspects by the presentation of public choral concerts and by such other way as the choir may determine from time to time.

Haydon school parents association donates money to Haydon school for extra facilities for the benefit of the pupils. The money donated goes to a wide variety of activities including sporting equipment, music and drama equipment, benches and trees for the outside area, donations to clubs in the school, IT equipment and many other areas.

PROVIDES FACILITIES FOR MUSIC SPORT AND SOCIAL EVENTS

Following our highly successful production of Aida in Heathfield, East Sussex in October 2015, we are currently considering our options and plans for another production. Additionally, our charitable objects have now been extended to allow us to support music more widely (not just opera) and to provide grants to aspiring musicians.

The W.O.A. commemorates the life and work of Wilfred Owen, poet. It maintains memorials and plaques, promotes educational conferences, visits, tours, bursaries and concerts. It publishes a twice-yearly journal and awards a biennial W.O. poetry prize. It runs a website, answers student requests and has close links with its sister organisation, the Siegfried Sassoon Fellowship.

To advance in life, relieve the needs of and help socially disadvantaged young people in Rio de Janeiro through the provision of musical education and performance in local communities. This is achieved by supporting access to instruments, musical and performance accessories and musical tuition.

The Septenary Foundation is a cultural organisation supporting independent research in Early Music and Historically Informed Performance, providing travel and research grants for unaffiliated researchers in the field. We commission and disseminate editorial content and educational materials in the area of HIP and provide continuing professional development opportunities for professional musicians.

Organises Fundraising and rotas of volunteers to support the work of the music department at St Aidan's Church of England High School,Harrogate,North Yorkshire

To promote brass band music and playing to the public, especially the youngsters. The Mornington Trust is commited to the musical education of the public through concerts, recordings and community and educational projects. Recently they have put on several educational projects in Waltham Forest and Southward Londonh, as well as concerts in the Southbank, The Warehouse and St. Giles Cripplegate.

The trust grants scholarships and bursaries to musicians, choristers and choirs, for trianing purposes. Grants are made for the provision and maintenance of music, musical instruments and other facilities for providing music.
