Our MISSION is, very much aligned with what Sikhism stands for, to serve the Croydon & South London community with equality and fraternity. We promote the spirit of SEWA, selfless service to the entire human race, giving and sharing within the community. We currently runs free classes in Punjabi, Sikhi, music and Yoga for the local community as well as organizing events & trips for all age groups.

The company's principal activity during the period was the promotion and education of chamber music.

Performance of small ensemble vocal music

In 2013 we conducted the project aimed to relieve burden of isolation for Azeri's in London. We organised fortnightly community meetings. During these meetings we organised such activities as mathematics, music and English language lessons for children, backgammon and domino games for adults, cooking activities for women, as an activities to get elders and young generation involved together.

We help to develop talented young people, so they can support themselves, through sports, music, Art/crafts and hands on skilling. We are currently in Uganda and are working directly with nilotika cultural ensemble, G-Cube sports who are promoting local talent in Buziga and munyonyo community.

Mosaic Initiative promote art and culture by running concerts, exhibitions and events within the UK and Europe. Mosaic Initiative also support education in less developed countries and support a number of schools and educational programs.

The Charity advances education and promotes the performing arts of music and dance and knowledge of Parliament and parliamentary democracy, with particular reference to the Commonwealth. It does this through the staging of events, publishing information, collaboration with and support for other bodies and the award of grants to enable participation by those from under privileged backgrounds.

Celebrating Ealing's Film and Music Heritage and bringing it to the widest audience, especially young people who may not be aware of our cultural past through a programme of concerts, films, exhibitions and talks based around an annual festival. Financially supporting young people to develop their cultural and artistic skills, particularly those not normally having access to such opportunities.

The Charity aims to advance education in music for the public benefit of disadvantaged young people between the ages of 5 to 19 years in and around Bucks, Herts, Oxon, in particular, but not exclusively, by the provision of grants in order to learn a musical instrument and the loan of an instrument whom the Charity feels will benefit from an education in music.

Members (aged 8 - 18) attend regular rehearsals to prepare for performances up to 3 times per week; perform in a majorannual musical theatre production and in smaller concerts through the year as well as fundraising activities. Young people are also encouraged to help with productions in other ways e.g. costumes, make-up and print and gain useful experience in areas they are studying.

Our New Children's Choir project brings children from orphanages together to learn to sing and perform, taught by International coaches.The choir provides a platform for further study opportunities and improves children's life chances.The Orchestra for Myanmar project offers free International level training.Our Violin Program for Blind Children in Yangon provides training to young blind children.

Projects and events; people share in Faith, Values, Culture and Customs via: Interfaith meetings on various understandings of Spirituality in a community setting with themes based on arts, music, culture and food. Educational events promoting shared social action on developing a community of respect, understanding, cohesion and harmony. Specific focus on projects for young people and diversity.

HGMF organises and runs a series of weekend afternoon summer music events in Horsham. Our ethos is to create an inclusive whole community entertainment and educational experience for local people and a performance opportunity for musicians and singers across all age groups and ethnicities including those with disabilities.

The primary activity is to support and develop arts and music projects at the School that are not funded by the Local Authority. To the extent that funds permit after supporting those activities, funds may also be used to support the wider education of pupils at the School beyond what can be achieved through the national curriculum.

The musical activities of the charity ceased on 1 July 2014. The funds of the charity will be applied for charitable purposes the same as or similar to those of the CIO.
