To fund a six month Fellowship to facilitate an artist in undertaking research and developing their work. During the Fellowship there will be access to the collections of the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery. The objective of the Fellowship is for an artist to undertake research and development to further advance their artistic skills and knowledge and to make a presentation to Trustees.

The aim are to enable women who are interested in issues associated with rural life, including arts, crafts and sciences to improve and develope conditions of rural life, to advance thier education in citizenship, in public questions both national and internatial, in music, drama and other culturual subjects. We are a friendly group that runs once a week In Arlesey for Parents and Carers to attend with children under 5. We have free play for children with other activities available such as arts and crafts, song time. A small snack is provided for the children and also for the adults. It is also a great opportunity for parents to meet and chat an ideal local support network.

We provide a weekly programme encouraging the development of high standards of art in photography via lectures, demonstrations, workshops and competitions. We are a group of parents that hold activities for deaf children, young people and their families. Activities include swimming, bowling, megazone, under 5's stay & play, art & crafts for the 4-7 years, and sports sessions for the 4-7 years. We also hold several parties each year and have run educational workshops.

Provide education and fun for the children, through doing different crafts, games, trips and interacting with other children and adults.

We are a social club for adults with special needs and learning difficulties. Our club meets once a week on saturday mornings. We take part in arts & crafts, juggling, games, sports, we go to shows and go for days out.

Our aim is to advance the education of the general public living in Kirklees (particularly in the township of Slaithwaite) by promoting activities including artistic exhibitions, performances of music, drama and story telling, multimedia crafts and lantern making. We also stage celebratory festival of Lanterns and Storytelling in Slaithwaite on a regular basis.

Yellowbird Age Friendly is a community drop in support group aimed at tackling social isolation and lonliness with community members. We offer group trips, arts and crafts sessions, exercise classes, nurses (1:1 sessions), NHS/DWP pensions/benefits advise and housing information.
