Rowan Tree Trust trains professionals and volunteers in the art therapies: play, drama, music, painting, story-telling: and all those activities which are associated with human creative expression. The trust supports its volunteers and professionals worldwide to assist children at risk, adults at the margin, the elderly in institutions.

To raise funds for the erection of a memorial sculpture and information panel on Hermitage Riverside Gardens, Wapping, London.

Our work takes place in both schools and community centres, with young people and adults, in all instances playing with the idea of what it means, both locally and globally, to be an 'active citizen'. Our programmes combine social awareness and dialogue with the development of skills in a range of art forms, focusing on drama, photography, and music.

London International Gallery of Children's Art organises children's art exhibitions and run educational art workshops for local schools, community centres and the broader community.

We provide artists with a friendly non judgmental place to show their work. Up to 20 exhibitions are staged each year of which at least 3 are open where a theme is set and artists can submit up to 3 works. There is no selection process for these since we feel that having produced a work it should be exhibited. The gallery is run at cost entirely by by volunteers who take little or no expenses.

Northern Canon raises funds to buy fine art created by contemporary artists working in the North of England and also makes the charityÔÇÖs collection available to members of the public (including making the collection available for public gallery exhibitions and by loans of individual artworks to businesses and other organisations).

OUR ACTIVITIES INCLUDES; 1. THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE ART OF MUSIC, DANCE, DRUMS, DRAMA, THEATRE, COMEDY, CREATIVE WRITING, PAINTING, SCULPTURES, CERAMIC AND CINEMA2.THE PROVISION OF LEISURE AND ENTERTAINMENT TO ALL PERSONS IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.

Grants can be applied for by Years 13 and 14 students on roll at Sandown High School, Isle of Wight, who will be attending a higher education course at the end of 6th Form. Preference shall be given to students wishing to pursue courses in Arts and Crafts, including Foundation Art courses, but the Trustees shall have discretion to award the same to any students, whatever course they are to pursue.

The charity's objects are the encouragement and advancement of, and the education of children and adults in, the visual arts in Ripon and the surrounding area. The charity's main activity is the holding of an annual exhibition in Ripon Cathedral displaying art by both established and up and coming artists, mostly from the North of England but also from further afield.

Free After School provisions for children aged 4-11 years one evening per week (3.30-5 pm)Community Family Social events ie; BBQ's, Treasure hunts around town, Games afternoons. Event held once every 3 months.Community Help Saturdays. Helping people with their gardens, house painting, cleaning windows, fixing and painting community play areas. Activity organised 1st Saturday of every month.

Exhibition of sculptures by artists in the Central Milton Keynes shopping centre known as thecentre:mk. This was directed at gaining attention to sculpture & PAT-MK. This concentrated on artists with existing sculptures in Milton Keynes. We rescued two sculptures, by the renowned sculptor Keith McCarter, for display in Milton Keynes. Ongoing discussions with stakeholders to conserve sculptures.

LCF invests in new and emerging talent in the areas of art & design, literature, film and photography.We organise regular events and seminars to enable creative individuals to leverage their talent and become self-sustainable in a challenging market environment.We forge reciprocal relationships with publications, galleries, sponsors and charities to provide a platform for creative talent.

We develop and deliver a range of creative arts and community projects offering wide ranging benefits to people in the Chapel St area of Salford. Weekly activities at community venues and outreach projects include mixed media arts, watercolour painting, music, dance, and photography & digital media offering increased skills, knowledge of local heritage, improved health and community engagement.

We help to develop talented young people, so they can support themselves, through sports, music, Art/crafts and hands on skilling. We are currently in Uganda and are working directly with nilotika cultural ensemble, G-Cube sports who are promoting local talent in Buziga and munyonyo community.

Heritage Skills, is the name of the newly formed training academy for the North West of England. It has been set up as a charity in order to provide appropriate training and education in building conservation skills that focuses on a number of key areas; Delivery of the Heritage Skills qualification for a range of building crafts including brickwork, stone, roof , plasterwork and carpentry.

The restoration of this heritage aircraft the Turbulent G-APNZ this is of historical interest not just because this single seater aircraft is the only aircraft that a member of the Royal Family has ever flown, the Duke of Edinburgh, also that this particular aircraft falls within the middle of the aeronautical history with that of the Wright Brothers and today?s modern crafts.
