Welcome to Badminton promotes equality, tolerance, open mindedness and a culture of sharing skills. We bring refugees, asylum seekers and migrants together from the city centre and the wider region to learn/play sports (primarily badminton, volleyball and table tennis). We aim to help promote a healthy lifestyle, reduce loneliness and isolation and help people to manage stress and anxiety.

To provide relief to children and young people (up to the age of 25) seeking asylum and those granted refugee status by assisting in the provision of excursions and recreational experiences through donations from participating businesses.
