THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO ADVANCE HEALTHY RECREATION AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 18 IN THE HARROGATE AND DISTRICT AREA THROUGH THE PLAYING OF, AND COACHING IN, ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL.

BESIDES THE USUAL CHURCH SERVICES, WE PROVIDE A LOT OF ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY. WE PROVIDE CLUBS FOR PARENTS AND TODDLERS, CHILDREN, YOUTH, OLDER PEOPLE, ALL OF WHICH ARE OPEN TO EVERYONE.WE ALSO ALLOW OUR BUILDINGS TO BE USED BY VARIOUS COMMUNITY GROUPS AND FAMILIES FOR VARIOUS ACTIVITIES THAT HELP AND SUPPORT OTHERS.

Brookside Out of School Care Club & Nursery opens term time from 7.30 am and after school up to 6.00 pm. During some of the school holidays it operates from 9.00 am - 5.30 pm. This enables parents and carers to follow their own career safe in the knowledge that their children are being looked after by caring, qualified staff. It was OFSTED inspected in Jan 2020 and was found to be Good.

Acton Playgroup provides a safe, stimulating and secure learning environment. A high standard of care and learning opportunities which actively promote all areas of children's development. Child care which meets the diverse needs of the local community regardless of race, culture, religion, ability means. Children and their families with a provision that promotes equality and values diversity.

Raising funds in the North Wales region to help sick-disabled-disadvantaged children who live in North Wales. Run by a committee of volunteers (no wages involved) by holding functions indoor and out, bucket collections at supermarkets, donations, have a small fundraising shop in Rhos On Sea, enter a team in London marathon each year, organise lots of sponsored events.

SYO aims to educate in the art and science of music. We hold weekly rehearsals during term time for musicians aged up to 21 drawing children from SW London, Surrey & Middlesex. Our three concerts each year are open to the public, and we organise an annual/biannual tour abroad. Most members pay to belong to the orchestra but no child with musical talent is excluded because of inability to pay.

Street Action is a Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) and is committed to the issue of street children.We raise support and build connections and links for local and pioneering organisations in sub-Saharan Africa. Street Action particularly supports local organisations where former street children are playing key roles in the development of more effective strategies around the issue.

Provision of pre-school childcare for children between 2 to 5 years of age. Open daily during term time. Morning, afternoon and full day sessions available. Working to Ofsted guidelines. Providing human resources, building/facilities/open space and services.

St Catherine's Pre-school is situated in the grounds of St Catherine's Catholic Primary School, Bridport, in a purpose-built wooden building known as The Cabin which was built in the summer of 2010. The Pre-school provides early years care and education for children aged between 2 and 5 years. The Pre-school is registered with Ofsted for 20 children.

Little Drummers is a pre-school offering care for children age two years to school age. Our aim is to provide good quality child care for children in our local community as we believe we are the foundation of children's future learning.

We provide a safe, stimulating environment for pre-school children between the ages of 2 & 4 years of age, where they can begin to learn the building blocks of education, social skills, & a degree of independence prior to mainstream schooling. Tavistock Preschool aims to nurture each and every child in a secure, stimulating, fun and play-based environment, thus laying the foundation for a bright future.

We provide funding or equipment to assist rehabilitation of children suffering from Posterior Fossa Syndrome as the result of a brain tumour. We raise funds to increase brain tumour awareness & funding for brain tumour research, We also provide gifts for children staying on the Oncology ward at Great Ormond Street Hospital at Christmas & provide play equipment for children in local hospitals.

The Mytchett Centre is a community association with halls that can be hired, The sports field have two football pitches used throughout the football season, out of season the football fields are used for local events, children, (kick about, rounder, soft ball cricket, )The type of use Play school, sports, weddings, plays, Big Band Nights, Dancing, and a yearly firework night celebration

Great Bardfield Preschool is a rural preschool giving educational development to children aged between 2years old and four years old.

We are a small pre-school offering sessional childcare during term time for children between 2-4 years old.

PRE-SCHOOL FOR LOCAL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF FIVE (5) BUT OVER THE AGE OF TWO (2).

We are a Polish Saturday school providing lessons in Polish language, literature, culture, history and geography of Poland to school aged children and preparing them for GCSE exams in Polish. Lessons are taught 32 Saturdays per year, 3.5 hours per Saturday.
