It comprises a football pitch, multi-use games area, children's play area, cricket field and Grindleton Pavilion which houses a large community hall, smaller meeting room and changing rooms.Upkeep is funded by donations, fund-raising and hire income with grant application for capital projects.

Fair Chance Foundation aims to advance the education of children and young adults. Primarily focused on fundamental research to help young adults into tertiary education and vocation. We also provide direct help to a select set of children and young adults, whom we have built long term pastoral care relationships with through various charitable projects.

We hold fundraising activities e.g fairs etc to raise funds to provide the disabled children with specialist equipment and opportunities for outings.
