We offer wellbeing support groups and activities with the aim of providing all people with a foundation of good health especially as it relates to emotional and mental wellbeing. Our focus is on creating community and empowering and teaching people how to have impactful and meaningful connections as a precursor to good health. We make awards and grants to individuals and organisations.

We hold regular sessions where food is distributed from our centre. By prior arrangement we also make deliveries of food to individuals and families who are unable to come to our sessions. We also refer our service users to other organisations to help them with other needs.

In The Mix Project provides youth and community services for children and young people, and their families across Somerset. St Gregorys Foundation supports local charities in Eastern Europe to tackle poverty and social insecurity facing children and families. Provision of family mediation to couples going through separations and divorce (marriage or civil partnership). Full range of mediation reaching agreement in all issues such as those relating to children, finance and property. Our mediation practices place importance on the needs of the child delivering child consultations and special conflict resolutions such as special guardianship orders.

To provide support and guidance to parents/carers/siblings of children who are diagnosed with (or being assessed for) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their associated conditions. To provide or assist in the provision of facilities for these families in the interest of social welfare and for recreation and other leisure time occupation.

Tor Support Services provided a confidential counselling service to children, young people and their families between the ages of 5 - 25.

Our main activities are as follows: Offer facilities and sessions to play multi-sport activities mainly football, cricket and tennis. Increase participation in sport for people of all ages including families, children & young people. Work in partnership with the three main Sport Governing Bodies Football Association, Lawn Tennis Association and Yorkshire Cricket Board.

Give assistance to members of the public who are suffering from or who have suffered from cancer. The assistance is extended to their families and carers. The assistance can take the form of financial support, advice, companionship, transport to hospital and other medical appointments or short holidays in the charity's caravan.

Foundation Futures CIO is a specialist teaching and youth service operating in the NE of England. We support young people to find out what they can do instead of what they can't. We support their families and the wider community to improve the lives of young people.

We are a free open access facility for families/carers of children 0-18 in the community. We open 4 days a week term times, 3 days a week on school holidays, where families take part in play, enjoy healthy activities, get support and learn new skills. Families meet other families to make friends building a support network within their community. Trips are taken seasonally, funding permitting.

Windsor Hill Wood is a family based community set in a woodland smallholding offering Christian hospitality to all regardless of race, religion or absence of religion, sexual orientation, mental or physical ability. All the tasks necessary for the community to function are shared by all who live there.

Our Pre-School is based in the village of Harrietsham, in Kent and offers a service to families from the village, and surrounding area. between the ages of 1 and 5 years old.In May 2018 we were graded 'Good with outstanding' by Ofsted.
