Signposts provides information, advice, support and activities for people with learning disabilities, their families, friends, carers and professionals in Mid Sussex and surrounding areas.

The aims of our charity are to support people with epilepsy, their families and carers within Wales. Our activities include a Helpline, Fieldworker services in clinics and the community. Supporting groups and volunteers, offering training and awareness. We produce information leaflets and have a web-site.

HSHH & WF is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of children, young people and families. We recruit and train volunteers who offer support, friendship and practical help to families under stress in their homes and online, helping prevent family crisis and breakdown. The training and experience the volunteers receive gives a basis for further education and work opportunities

A youth led Community and Youth hub providing wellbeing facilities, family activities and intergenerational events in the heart of Harehills.

To support people with a learning disability, in particular by the provision of help and advice for them, their families and carers and by campaigning for better services. To provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation for people with a learning disability so as to improve their lives.

We offer high quality, challenging learning opportunities for up to 26 local children aged 2-4. We do this by providing a term time playgroup offering five weekday sessions 9.15am-1.15pm, with up to three extended day sessions running to 3.15pm. At least two, and up to four places are allocated to families on low incomes at a rate they can afford.

We offer innovative programmes to support disadvantaged families in London. We are currently delivering a domestic violence perpetrator programme, a dating violence programme for 11-18year old girls, and a BME youth employment programme for 14 -18 year olds. Programmes offer mentoring, personal development training, peer motivators, counselling, job coaching and business startup support.

Our purpose is to nurture an emerging missional church among adults who are experiencing homelessness or are vulnerably housed in Southend. Cylch Meithrin Pili Pala provides preschool education and care to children aged 2-4 years old through the medium of Welsh. We provide pastoral support to families of children with Down syndrome. We run a weekly group session which provides education, fun and play for babies and children with Down syndrome. School-age children attend fortnightly with their teaching assistants. We provide training for parents, teachers and other professionals. We provide consultancy work within schools to ensure effective inclusion.

THE CHARITY AIMS TO SUPPORT WORKING FAMILIES AND THOSE IN EDUCATION OR TRAINING AND SUPPORT PARENTS IN NEED OF RESPITE. THE CHARITY AIMS TO PROVIDE A STIMULATING PLAY ENVIRONMENT WHERE CHILDREN FEEL HAPPY, SAFE, VALUED AND RESPECTED.

The Beehive works for the relief of poverty amongst young, teen-age, African girls who become pregnant through sexual abuse. Through our sister Kenyan charity, The Beehive Trust, we provide a long-term, family style home with medical care, parental training, counselling, and education or vocational training to enable them to became confident and self-sufficient adults with their child.

Homestart offer support,friendship,and practical help for parents with young children,in the locality of Wokingham Borough.Families are supported through the provision of a volunteer, who would visit the family in their own home once a week for up to three hours.We provide additional support through family groups.
