The purpose of the Food Bank is to support families and individuals in need in and around the Haslemere area by providing emergency food and household supplies. Other means of support are also provided and advice given by signposting families and individuals to other relevant information and advisory services.

Future Of Taru supports children in the Kenyan town of Taru, to have access to affordable or sponsored education, availability of a staple Kenyan diet each day, with the knowledge that the children are all developed no matter their ability.This supports the child and their family, developing a potential future for all of those children and their families who are involved with Future Of Taru.

The preschool will continue to provide early years education in Wallington, London SM6 as it has done since its first iteration as Holmwood Playschool in 1972. We provide safe, stimulating learning through play for each unique child in small key-worker groups with suitably qualified experienced staff. Each child will feel happy and valued as we work with their families on their learning journey.

FAB camps provide a full programme of adventurous activities for bereaved military families, including a variety of children's activities. All activities are conducted by fully insured, qualified and professional instructors using national standards of protection and safety equipment.

Hemel Hempstead Methodist Church has the use of a modern church building and provides opportunity (open to all) for public worship, Bible study, social meetings particularly for the elderly and innovative styles of worship for young people and families. The church also facilitates involvement in community ventures such as the local food bank, services for the homeless and Street Pastors.

The charity supports bereaved families mostly by supplying Memory boxes but also treating bereaved siblings (under 25yrs) to days out and treats.The charity also aims to run a bereavement coffee morning in 2019

PRE SCHOOL CARE FOR CHILDREN 2- 5 YRS REGULATED BY OFSTED WE OFFER A QUALITY PROVISION FOR FAMILIES ON LOW TO MIDDLE INCOME ENSURING THAT PRE SCHOOL ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL CHILDREN.

We provide 2 daily sessions of early care and education for children between the ages of 2 to 3years. These are run during school term time over 38 weeks per year. We offer funded early years places for eligible families, while familes who are not eligible can pay for a place for their child.

Parent Support Groups both in person and online. 1:1 support for families in person, on the phone, or by email. Referrals accepted from outside agencies and parents direct. Activities for neurodivergent children (autistic, ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, etc) Seminars by professionals to give advice to parents

Pink Sisters was created to support people who have been diagnosed with all types of cancers and their families and friends that have been affected by their cancer diagnosis. We aim to provide a safe space for people living with cancer to come together, share and express their feelings, ask questions and meet others in a similar situation or who have followed similar treatment plans.

We offer excellent quality childcare in a safe and rural environment. We pride ourselves on low ratios and have a maximum of 18 children at any one time. We are extremely affordable and support local employment for families who otherwise would not be able to go to work. We also link with the Governments 30 hour free childcare offer to make it always the better option of going back to work in term

We support projects which contribute to the education, health or relief of poverty of children and their families in East Africa. Currently these include a children's centre and schools in the slum areas of Nairobi, Kenya and a school in rural Uganda.

The charity has provided and delivered treasure boxes to young children diagnosed with a brain tumour in the UK. Support has been offered and provided to the families of these children in the form of grants and family holiday accommodation. In the process of fundraising the charity has created awareness into childhood brain tumours and the effects on the child and their families.

Together with Migrant Children provides advice, guidance, casework and specialist social & youth work to migrant, asylum seeking and refugee children and their families.

KCM Falmouth holds monthly Family services in the church which are great fun. The Choir holds regular concerts and we welcome visitors all year round from around the world. KCM has a very popular coffee shop which brings the community together. The Church Hall is now more accessible to everyone and is used for a great many groups etc.

South Weston Activity Network is a partnership that co-ordinates activities for children, young people and families in Bournville, Coronation and Oldmixon (Weston-super-Mare). The focus of our activities this year has been holiday activities, day trips, covid response, and nurturing participation & youth leadership.
