Fortnightly carers support group meeting giving valuable information to families about services and support available from statutory and voluntary organisation.Drop in service giving information, form filling , access to services, interpreting etc.

We provide a variety of support and information to families and professionals after a child's death. We research information required by bereaved families or professionals and signpost to suitable support. We work directly with professionals to improve care and ensure awareness of bereaved parents' needs. We run playgroups for bereaved families and by referral provide small financial grants.

Village Foundations is currently working in Mwanyama Village, Nkhudzi Bay, Malawi. It is in the process of setting up a health post with a view to developing into a fully blown clinic for under 5's and their mothers. The Charity is currently offering support/services in pneumonia, HIV & Malaria Treatment, ante/post natal checks, family planning support and education & cervical cancer screening.

Young at Heart offers help and support to families of babies and children receiving treatment for a cardiac condition at the Birmingham Children's Hospital. We provide ward visits for families and work with the Heart Unit at the Birmingham Childrens Hospital. Our aim is to bring the families together at social events, where they can meet with other families, share experiences and make new friends.

The charity has continued with its aim of completing and publishing our Director's PhD on possible influences of breathing quality on outcome in children with cerebral palsy. This research forms the theoretical basis of The Scotson Technique as practised at Advance. Our long-term goal is to gain mainstream recognition on the National Health Service. We also offer hyperbaric oxygen to families.

Hope for Families is a not-for-profit Christian organisation providing a range of services to help and support families living in Northamptonshire and the surrounding area.
