The village hall provides first class facilities at an affordable cost to local organisations, clubs and is home to 30 local groups. It is also used for private functions, family parties, children's parties etc. The committee raises funds to keep hiring fees down by fund raising which includes jumble sales, car boot & table top sales and antiques fairs.

In Bangladesh, BdP promotes functional education and vocational training schemes. Christian and educational literature is distributed, providing the workers with income and educational opportunities. Practical assistance is provided to schools. Assistance is given in times of natural calamities. In Bedford, UK, practical social help is provided to a number of families.

The object of the charity is making distributions for the benefit of charitable purposes in the United Kingdom or any other part of the world. In practice the majority of distributions are made to UK registered charities and particularly to charities local to Berkshire.

We hold various events and activities to raise funds for the benefit of the children of St. Christophers School & Nursery, for use to buy school equipment and fund special activities (educational trips). These include bake sales, Summer Fair, Christmas Fair, second-hand uniform sales, family photo days, discos etc.

SUPPORT FOR BEREAVED CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES IN WORCESTERSHIRE

To support the humanitarian activities in Indonesia of the John Fawcett Foundation Inc., whose aim is to relieve sickness, suffering and distress in families of the lower socio-economic group, associated through blindness, eye disease, cleft lip and palate, and serious crippling and debilitating disease, particularly in children, through provision of medical care, advice, welfare and support.

To relieve the suffering and emotional distress amongst persons suffering bereavement, in particular but not exclusively male family members following the loss of a child/children in particular but not exclusively by providing advice, support and information.

Create and distribute pyjamas and surgical gowns specially designed and approved by hospitals, sewn by volunteers, to hospitals and UK children. Help children and families feel more comfortable whilst the child is undergoing surgeries or treatments in hospital, other health facility or home. Initial gown and/or pair of pyjamas are provided free of charge to the family subject to a postage charge.

We exist to help people grow and develop their relationship with God and people. We believe the family is the basic unit of all society and through building strong families we will have a stable and prosperous society and nations. We visit homes and workplaces for pastoral care, evangelistic teaching and outreach to strengthen them in the Christian faith.

Children & Young People Projects/Actvities: 300 vulnerable young people are provided with educational,training,community services and development activities each year. Cultural, Community Cohesion and Heritage Programmes and Health Projects are provided to improve communities quality of life.International Project: 10,750 people and 100 families provided with housing and medical aid in Pakistan.

We preach and present the gospel of Jesus Christ as detailed in the Bible. The Word is preached on Sundays and we hold bible studies. There are prayer meetings conducted where people's needs and issues are lifted up to the Lord. Where possible CFC assists with needs of individuals and communities. We aim to reach the lost with the gospel.

Our charity seeks to use technology to provide free, accurate guidance to those interpreting (and advising on) SEND law and other laws that affect SEND families. We provide a platform to publish interpretations of the law and facilitate answers to questions SEND parents have. Enabling SEND families and professionals to self-serve in law.

TO ALLEVIATE THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP SUFFERED BY THE FAMILIES OF SICK CHILDREN IN THE UK, WHERE THE CHILD'S ILLNESS REQUIRES THEM TO REMAIN IN SPECIALIST HOSPITALS A SIGNIFICANT DISTANCE FROM THEIR HOME FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME. THIS WILL BE ACHIEVED THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL GRANTS TO HELP COVER COSTS SUCH AS TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE HOSPITAL AND/OR THE COST TEMPORARY ACCOMMODATION.

Working with people on the margins of rural society in India- low caste and tribal people, especially disadvantaged women- to help them build and sustain their individual, family and community livelihoods.

Since its inception the organisation has been helping a variety of individuals and families who have or docurrently work in the film and television industry. We educate disadvantaged children in Rwanda with a bias towards girls. The children are orphans or from mother-led families. Our programmes enable under-resourced children to complete their secondary school education. We organise workshops covering conflict resolution, mental health awareness, and employability skills. Our mentorship programme empowers our students along their chosen path.

The charity's main activity is to support worthy charitable causes by way of small grants and donations. The trustees determine which causes they will support and take each enquiry on its own merit.

The Lighthouse Church holds regular Christian worship gatherings, activities and outreach events. It supports those in need through charitable giving and provides help to those requiring additional assistance. TLC works with young people and families.
