Iain Rennie Hospice at Home is part of RGHC which provides palliative care for adults and children who have been diagnosed with cancer or another life limiting illness in Herts & Bucks. Through our 24/7 responsive hospice at home service, our specialist nurses give patients the choice to be cared for at home. We also offer support services for families and, in Herts, a range of day services.

To support low income families and vulnerable members of the community by collecting and distributing living products, clothing and relief packages which will help relieve austerity to families in Blaenau Gwent.

MROH is a non profit organisation. We hold fundraising events to raise money to support young people aged 11-25 years of ago who have been diagnosed with cancer. We aim to support the young person and their family's by giving helpful information and creating a network of support . We also raise funds to support ongoing cancer research.

The church provides help to the community in the UK and in Congo (West Africa). We help members who loss close family members. Visit and help people with children in the local community. We are set up as a church and act as point of contact for dispute resolution between members and also married people.We do have a building which is rented and used for our regular meetings. The Children's Memorial Garden is an organisation designed to help families who have lost or have a missing child. A peaceful garden and a beautiful orchard is offered for reflection and remembrance, helping them cope with their loss.Some field space is allocated to food production for distribution by local charities and food banks.

CISters is a survivor led specialist service for females aged 18 or over who, as female children, were sexually abused/exploited by a member of their immediate and/or extended family. We offer female survivors the opportunity to meet other women in a group context and within an empowerment model. Meetings vary in type/focus and include an Annual Residential Weekend Workshop. We meet in Hampshire.

Families Matter is a counselling and support service. We aim to promote emotional well being, improve mental health, and reduce the impact of poverty in the Furness and South Lakes area by providing a professional counselling service for children, young people and their families who find it difficult to pay because they are on statutory benefits, are low-waged or unwaged.

We offer prayer facilities for men and women.Our Masjid is opened for daily prayers on the times for prayers five times a day and also for the Friday Speech and prayers.Helping the people who moved to the Leicester area is an important task for us.We are in the mosque in the process of helping the families whose first language not English, to give them support and help.

KCF meets on Sundays and midweek in church members' homes. We run a vibrant and successful community -serving youth club, THE QUBE, a free face-to-face debt advice centre, called King's Money Advice (KMAC), and we are involved in an active primary school partnership, seeking the improvement of children's welfare and family life in the Blenheim area. Lifelong Learning provided to those living on the Flower Estate and in the surrounding area. Activities include IT classes, English, maths and craft sessions. Childcare supports a limited number of sessions.

We provide and promote CPR and Lifesaving skills training through schools, colleges, councils and community groups. We carry out little acts of kindness including providing toiletry items to homeless people, young people living in hostel accommodation and victims of domestic violence. We provide bereavement resources for children and items to help families affected by the death of a child.
