The charity supports underprivileged Families throughout North Wales. By ensuring that all referred Children and Young People/Care leavers, receive gifts to open at Christmas time. Offering a trip to the Pantomime for 100 people during the festive period. Offering Free holidays to families in need of a break, in our fully disabled adapted caravan on Hafan Y Mor, Pwllheli.

We seek to create a positive supportive network of parents, families and professionals in order to share information and experiences and to give emotional support. Activities include hosting regular get-togethers to support families of those affected by RTS; and the publication of an information booklet, regular newsletters and a website.

The purpose of Stone Outward Mombasa Project (Friends of Kididima) is to support a school in Mtwapa, Mombasa, Kenya. The aim of the Friends of Kididima is to facilitate the education and care for 150 - 200 very poor and needy children from the age of three years.
