Oatlands Community Centre is a voluntary, not-for-profit organisation and a registered charity (No 1177578) situated on Mount Street, Harrogate. Our main aim is to provide non regulated services and activites for families, young people and the elderly across our community by providing community space available for hire to host a wide range of community and private events.

Leigh Network supports families across the UK affected by mitochondrial disease both with an online presence where families can share information and in person. We hold annual meet ups which include family fun days out, sometimes including a doctor specialising in the condition. We also support research and raise awareness. We hold monthly zoom calls to ease the isolation.

Lynch Syndrome UK aims to ensure that for the public benefit, people and their families affected by Lynch Syndrome are provided with support in the form of information, signposting and listening, also to increase public awareness of the syndrome, educating members of the general public and healthcare professionals.

The purposes of the charity are:A Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) set up to raise awareness of the improvements needed in perinatal services, to reduce the incidences of poor maternal mental health. To promote the health and wellbeing of mothers and babies during the perinatal period, which in turn will benefit the fathers/partners, siblings, and family as a whole.

To provide country holidays for under-privileged children from the Birmingham area. The trust is geared to help those families and groups who have limited financial resources. Weekend holidays for children are organised and run by teams of volunteers, who give freely of their time for the benefit of the children. The cost of these holidays is subsidised by the trust.

We promote best practice in the care of orphan and vulnerable children, their families and vulnerable adults . We want individuals to be safe and able to achieve their potential, within their own communities. Our primary focus is in supporting the delivery of a degree programme in social work in Malawi as a means of assuring sustainable change and development.

The Ipswich Orchestral Society performs three concerts per year for the public. We invite international soloists for two of these. Our third concert (family concert) we taylor to attract a younger audience - our aim is to introduce children to the pleasure of music making via a lighter programme.

Sponsoring children in Uganda and relieving poverty in Ugandan.

Our main activities concentrate on providing sponsorships for children and families in Southern India. We also build and renovate houses and give general aid for education and other needs identified.

Bursaries are awarded to 14 to 21 year old Jewish pupils who are in danger of under-achieving because of adverse family and/or financial pressures. Scholarships are available for Jewish students who have the ability to enter university but might not do so because of their circumstances. If funds allow, grants are made to agencies giving care and/or education to Jewish children and young people.

Charity runs, maintains and administers Ilmington Village Hall for the benefit of inhabitants of Ilmington and vicinity for education, recreation and entertainments. Uses include exercise and yoga, Morris Men, film, drama and youth and senior citizen groups, as well as seminars, public and family occasions. Defib point and emergency muster for primary school.

We run monthly Family epilepsy support meetings in the local area, which are designed to provide fun respite care to children who are affected by epilepsy, as well as support meetings for adults who are similarly affected. Our charity educates adults via our professional Epilepsy Awareness Training Programme, which aims to raise awareness of how epilepsy affects people socially and at work.

To advance the education of the public in the study of and research into family history, genealogy, heraldry and local history through one-name studies generally, but in particular with reference to all persons at any time having the surname of Halsted, Halstead, Holsted and variations of these spellings, and to promote the preservation, security and publication of the results of such research.

Includes Us 2 is a parent driven charity that provides information, signposting and social activities for children and young people, who have a disability or special educational need and their families, in the districts of Ashford, Shepway and Dover.

Friends of Newfold engages in activities or provides facilities/equipments which support Orrell Newfold Primary School and advance the education of its pupils. It does this primarily by fundraising via events such as Summer Family Fun Day, Christmas Fair and Bake Sales.

Trinity PFA plays a significant role in building the community spirit of the school. We organise and raise money from a range of events and functions which are transparent, safe and well-managed, and provide an opportunity for parents and staff to work together to create a communal family. We ensure all profits are spent on improving the experiences of pupils at the school.

Provide events for Court Lane Infant School Children and families for entertainment and fundraising purposes. All funds raised are invested into the school in collaboration with staff and children. Past events include, Christmas Fayres open to the public, Summer Picnics, School Discos and Christmas Cards.

Helping young people with impaired life.

The charity has supported children diagnosed with cancer and their families providing both financial and practical support during the child's stay away from home through collaboration with Helen & Douglas House Hospice, CLIC Sargeant at the John Radcliffe Hospital and the Lennox Childrens Cancer Fund.The charity also supports children when at home with trips out and gifts.

The advancement of education, the relief of poverty, the promotion of religious and such other public objects being charitable as the Trustees may decide.

Social Aid supports charitable activities carried out in connexion with the Church of England in the Diocese of Hereford, particularly: the promotion of temperance and higher standards of moral life in individuals, family and community; the restoration of the intemperate or delinquent and those addicted to drugs, alcohol or gambling or otherwise needing help; the relief of the consequent distress.
