Supporting family doctors(and/or their families) who work or have worked in Avon.

We provide relief to families who have lost a child from birth up to the age of 18. We do this mainly by funding therapy sessions. we also provide keepsakes such as memory bears or jewellery and can offer food vouchers in some circumstances. further to this we can also be used to seek advice and guidance regarding regarding funeral planning and working through grief

We are committed to supporting ex-service personnel and their families, who are often disadvantaged and at a point of crisis in their lives. The charity delivers tailored employment guidance, housing advice, mental health support and provides a supportive environment in which to develop. We provide a community focal point. The aim is to transform lives.

For the advancement of education, to minimise disruption to the education of pupils of SHHS Junior School whose parents have fallen, due to unforeseen circumstances, into financial hardship, by making discretionary awards to cover all or part of the cost of the School's fees and related expenses, where those costs could not otherwise be paid by the families, to ensure continuity of education.

Provision of Village Hall facilities for residents of Neasham and neighbouring parishes. Hosts annual Christmas Dance, regular activites such as Whist Clubs, dance clubs and private hire for children's parties, family celebrations etc. Used as Polling Stattion and for meeting of WI and Parish Council. Regular usage by keep fit group, history nights and coffee mornings

Our organisation endeavours to relieve persons in Deepings facing poverty and financial hardship by providing three days nutritionally-balanced emergency food and support to individuals and families, and by collaborating with other charities, agencies and organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty.

To relieve the needs of young carers aged 8-18 in North Hertfordshire, Stevenage and the surrounding areas through the provision of support, recreational activities and the opportunity to meet with peers faced with similar situations.Young carers help look after someone in their family who has an illness, a disability, or is affected by mental ill-health or substance misuse.

The Dengie D-Caf aims to promote a good quality of life for people living with dementia on the Dengie Peninsula, as well as their carers, friends and family. It provides opportunities for people to engage in meaningful activities that meet individual social, emotional and physical needs. It also raises awareness of the issues that can affect members and helps them access support and information.

We are a small charity created to provide food to families in need in North Pembrokeshire. We do not discriminate and will help anyone who is unable to feed themselves or their family.We provide a box of fresh vegetables and some tins/packets and deliver this to each family who needs this every week.

The Foundation builds attainment in children ages 0-7 whose families may be experiencing financial difficulties through offering contact with the arts, and offers this same contact to autsitic children aged 0-7. The charity operates in South London

To provide holiday accommodation for patients suffering from renal disease, and their families and carers. To support the welfare of the above with financial support

To plan, organise and run events and activities for the school children, their families and wider community to raise additional funds. This money is then used to purchase items/equipment, etc., for the benefit of all the pupils, that the School's budget cannot stretch to.

The Hamper Appeal delivers pop-up events in collaboration with churches and food banks. It provides hampers full of food and seasonal goodies to enable families to celebrate together.Our current event is the Christmas Hamper Appeal in Bournemouth. We engage about 75 partner organisations in filling and delivering 200 hampers to families nominated by frontline agencies and charities.

The Church is a worshipping and witnessing community.The weekly activities of the Church are open to people from the community.Weekly meetings include a meeting for primary age children, to which children from families living in the community come.The Church provides care and support to both members of the Church and others connected with the Church.

FAST helps marginalised people develop life, digital & employability skills, address issues they face and improve their, and their families', health. We are available for all but particularly support those with seen/unseen disabilities and from communities experiencing racial and other inequalities. We achieve this through Employability, Citizenship, Literacy, Digital and other training & support.

Our core activities are snooker and pool that is available to our members 6 days per week. Other activities include sports and activities, on our playing fields and family fun days for the community. A meeting room, classroom and grounds are available for use to any group. A Men in Sheds project was set up in 2020, using the facilities available for gardening and hobby pursuits.

Tynedale Stroke Club provides relief and support for people living in the Hexham and Tynedale area, Northumberland, who have suffered stoke, in particular by the provision of support, advice, recreation and other leisure time occupations to such persons, their carers and families. To improve their quality of life the club organises speakers, art and craft, games, outings and holiday breaks.

To offer friendship and companionship. To improve and develop the quality of life, particularly in rural areas for women and their families. Advance the education of women in citizenship and public issues, national and international.

The charity exists to improve the lives of disadvantaged children and their families in the Gower region of Wales. Food is at the heart of the charity- we believe that no child on Gower should go hungry. We are also interested in addressing other areas of inequality faced by disadvantaged children, such as access to sporting and educational opportunities.

SDSG runs a weekly swim session and other sports/social activities, for persons with a physical, sensory or learning disability and for those recovering from short-term illness or injury. Individuals - who are encouraged to come with other family members or carers - swim to help build confidence, increase strength, and co-ordination, social interaction, and primarily, to have fun.
