Our charity is dedicated to helping individuals and families who are struggling to meet their basic needs due to financial hardship. Our primary activities include:Providing financial assistance.Partnering with other organizations.Advocating for systemic change.Providing emotional support.

Promotion of the Christian gospel and family support through conferences and web seminars.

We are parents and friends of the Pinvin Federation of Schools, and our aim is to raise money for the school and provide services to the school for the benefit of the pupils and their families.

we are currently the only U.K registered charity dedicated to help and support pre and post patients and thei families who are affected by multi organ and small bowel transplants through-out the U.K. We provide support in many ways such as financial and emotional support whilst the patient is in hospital and ongoing support when the patient is at home.

We are a friendly group providing support to individuals & families whose lives are touched by Downs syndrome. In addition to giving support and advice to families with new babies and young children on a one to one basis we have a number of fun family regular meets which include a Summer BBQ, Christmas event and activity holidays to The Calvert trust, Devon.

The charity operates solely in Sumatra supporting cleft lip and palate children across the Island. The charity has evolved over the past 5 years due to the needs of the people we support to fund the building of houses for children and families in need along with other social welfare projects as we deem necessary. Our primary focus remains the cleft lip and palate project.

The Charity is staffed by volunteers from local Churches & open 15hrs a week for trading & consultation. Monies accured are used to help those in poverty & to support other Community projects,.with referrals for those families in crisis from other professional Bodies. F.P works closely with local Churches and trades people in providing food hampers and other assistance etc, .

The objectives of the Society are principally: To provide help and support for people with a learning disability and their families and carers and to assist in the provision of facilities for the recreation or other leisure time occupation for people who have a learning disability with the object of improving their conditions of life.

The Scuba Trust enables those with a wide range of disability including wheelchair users to participate in training towards a recognised certification in Scuba Diving. Members are supported through training and regular holidays by volunteers who are qualified Instructors. Able bodied carers, family and friends may also participate and so contribute to the objectives of the Trust.

Thrive Cardiff provide recreational activities, events and trips for families who have a child with additional needs. THe activities are for the whole family and are exclusive to Thrive.

Various family and community events are held throughout the year to raise funds which are donated to Mersea Island School to purchase equipment and fund educational activities to benefit the pupils.
