The PTA runs a variety of events throughout the school year - for the children at the school, adults, for families and also for the wider community. Some of these events are primarily for the enjoyment of the participants, but most are planned as fundraising events.The PTA resources then help to fund equipment for school, plus trips and activities.

To raise funds to send restricted donations via specialist centres such as The Childrens Liver Disease Foundation (CLDF), to individuals/families nominated by them. To help meet a specific and identified need - such as a visit to the cinema, or other need clearly defined by CLDF (or similar specialist centre) that will help & emotionally support the nominated individual or their immediate family.

STAY AND PLAY SESSIONS FOR PARENTS/CARERS AND PRE-SCHOOL CHILDREN AND BABIES. A very relaxed atmosphere with a dedicated baby area and lots of space indoor and outdoor for toddlers to run around. Regular singing time and planned themed activities each week. Healthy snack, drinks & hot drinks for adults included in the admission.

Provision of fund raising activities for our school children and their families.

To elevate Islamic moral values in primary and hospital medicine and to promote education and research in relation to Muslim and other ethnic groups.To serve as a forum for exchange of ideas and good practice at home and abroad.To assist and guide medical and paramedical students.To inform families and communities on health matters.

The aim of the charity is to provide for children with cancer and their families gifts, special holidays, parties etc. in order to help create happy memories. The charity will assist with the purchase of equipment for a child with cancer in order to help make their life easier. In the sad case where a child dies we will assist with the funeral costs and/or thereafter with the cost of a headstone.

(1) To support the education of the public, particularly to sponsor orphans and children with poor families in Somalia and by renovation of schools building, equipment etc. (2) To relief of famine and poverty of internal displaced families in Somalia, due to the civil war and/or floods.

Provide essential items such as clothing, toiletries baby equipment etc to families in need in and around the Redditch, Worcestershire area.

The Trust is a small family-run trust which makes grants to charitable projects in any part of the world. Most projects are linked to the Society of Friends (Quakers) or are known personally to the Trustees. Grants are normally of up to £500, for development work rather than core running costs. Applications are not sought. We do not make grants to large national charities or to individuals.

Camberley Mencap provides help and advice to people with a learning disability and their families/carers who have close associations with the district. The society organises social events including outings and a weekly youth club. Financial help is also given towards otherwise unfunded living expenses, holidays etc.

Hana's Gift provide funding for headstones/memorials to bereaved parents in Norfolk & Suffolk who sadly lose a child from 20 weeks gestation in pregnancy up to 5 years old. We also offer emotional support and give memory boxes and keepsakes to families we help financially.

SC4PL IS COMMITTED TO HELP AND EMPOWER FAMILIES OR INDIVIDUALS TO TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR LIVES AND PLAY A FULL AND ACTIVE PART IN SOCIETY. WE DO THIS BY PROVIDING:-ADVOCACY AND INTERPRETING SERVICES,REFERRING CLIENTS TO APPROPRIATE COMMUNITY AND STATUTORY SERVICE PROVIDERS,SIGNPOSTING, INFORMATION & GUIDANCE ON ALCOHOL & DRUG MISUSE, PREVENTING HOMELESSNESS AND TENANCY SUSTAINMENTS.

We aim to improve the lives and experiences of all pupils at Hollickwood School, and those of their families and thelocal community. We do this by raising money at community events such as our Fireworks Night and Summer Fair. We work together with the school to provide funding where it's most needed. This includes funding for the arts, gardening, school trips and improvements to the grounds.

We are a parent run charity whose aim is to support families of hearing impaired children. We run activity days, parties, trips and support parents in learning sign language.

Sickle Cell and Young Stroke Survivors support the social and psychological needs of children and young people living with Sickle Cell disease and childhood Stroke in the UK. We proactively address the day-to-day needs of the children and their families to reduce isolation. We work mainly in England and are keen to provide free medical treatment and drugs to children in Africa.

CIC Provides information and advice on Cults. It offers help to ex cult members, families of cult members and the general public. It assists students/researchers with bibliographies and other information for projects, academic papers and books.CIC gives talks to schools, colleges, universities, clubs, professional and religious groups. CIC maintains a reliable international network of contacts.

THE CHARITY MAKES TWICE-YEARLY PAYMENTS TO VILLAGERS IN HARDSHIP IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE. AT PRESENT ALL RECIPIENTS ARE PENSIONERS. IT ALSO MAKES GRANTS TO HELP STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN SCHOOL VISITS OR IN SCHOOL ACTIVITIES, WHERE LACK OF FAMILY INCOME WOULD HAVE PREVENTED SUCH PARTICIPATION. IT HAS ALSO ENABLED THE VILLAGE TO BUY A SMALL PIECE OF LAND WHERE GROWS A VETERAN OAK, PROVIDING ACCESS T

To preserve and protect the health of patients, particularly but not exclusively, children, their families and carers, who have severe physical, mental or life threatening illnesses causing life time disabilities, by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities, support services and equipment not normally provided by the statutory authorities.

Awarding small grants for poverty relief, particularly to fishermen and their families, within the local area.

To relieve poverty/distress among persons of Polish origin and their families mainy, but not exclusively, in Tameside MBC and surrounding areas.To advance religion among the Polish community in Tameside by supplementing the support of a Polish speaking priest.To support other charitable purposes for the benefit of the wider Polish community as the trustees may from time to time decide.

To relieve the needs of bereaved families and carers who have suffered the sudden death of a young person aged under 18 by providing free holiday accommodation. The relief of sickness and preservation of health for the public by the provision of defibrillators in public areas.

We provide advice, emotional and practical support and financial assistance to local kidney patients and their families and carers. Many of the management committee are kidney patients themselves and the trustees have a detailed understanding of the numerous problems caused by kidney disease. We are about to launch a members magazine and Internet web site (Sept 2019). We are based in Suffolk.
