Caring for Cystic Fibrosis raises funds to provide relief to young people with Cystic Fibrosis and their families.It does this by providing funding to the Sheffield Health Authority to fund staff at the Sheffield Children's Hospital, by purchasing medical equipment for use in the hospital and at home and by providing funding to improve the facilities at Sheffield Children's Hospital.

To provide a confidential location for women and young people seeking advice on dealing with the effects of domestic abuse ie. physical, psychological, sexual, financial abuse, or coercive control, within a personal or family relationship in a domestic setting. Either past or present. To inform women of available options and to provide practical assistance and support to women.

Up to three annual fund-raising family events in the UK are organized by Mexico Amigo celebrating mexican popular traditions amongst Spanish speaking communities in London and our International friends. Everyone enjoys learning about our festivities. The monies raised from these events is sent to non-profit organisations in Mexico, assisting children and their families living in extreme poverty.

Friendship Works (previously Friends United Network) supports children (5-16) from families in London who are facing a range of long-term difficulties. Each child referred to Friendship Works is matched with an adult volunteer who takes them out once a week for 3-4 hours. Volunteers commit to a support a child for a minimum of 2 years.

The Rowena Lodge 3180 Benevolent Fund supports Lodge members, Lodge widows and family members in cases of ill health or financial hardship. In the wider community, grants are made for local charities in the Dorset, Hampshire and Isle of Wight areas, for hospices, cancer care and adults and children with learning difficulties. To fund research into paediatric rheumatology and related illnesses, fund educational activities undertaken and provide equipment for research. Support staff while applying for grants for further research and assist scientists, medical staff and allied health professional to attend scientific meetings and courses to develop their skills and establish contacts.
