Our charitable purposes are to advance education for the public benefit by the presentation and maintenance of the manuscripts, letters, books, paintings and other papers and artefacts which together form the historical archives of the Wyndham Ashworth family. We raise money by putting musical events on at a local venue. The money raised is for those young people less fortunateand in difficult circumstances to be able to get involved in music. Croeso Abergwaun was set up to support Syrian refugee families to relocate to North Pembrokeshire. The group provides language (ESOL) sessions for the adults to enable them to become part of the community and find employment. It sources a property to rent and helps them set up a bank account so they can receive the benefits they are entitled to. Assistance is offered to settle children in school.
