We employ fully vetted and trained hosts who run their small groups in the comfort and safety of the hosts' family homes. The day includes optional memory boosting activities, refreshments, a home cooked lunch and transport.

The foodbank collects food from various sources and issues parcels to individuals and families in crisis in Hartlepool. Partner agencies decide on need and issue vouchers. Nearly 40 volunteers also give advice, signposting clients to other assistance as appropriate.

West Area Project provides relief for people with learning disabilities and/or autism and their families or carers, who live in Nottingham city and its surrounding area by providing day and evening activities and support. This service is provided at a centre, in the community and occasionally in the member's home.

The relief of current and former Israeli soldiers and their families, including the widows of Israeli soldiers who have died in the course of their service, who are conditions of need due to their poverty or financial hardship, sickness, disability or other disadvantage through the provision of grants to individuals in need and/or charities or other organisations working to relieve such needs.

To provide relief of young persons between the ages of 12 and 19 in Cornwall who have been diagnosed with cancer by the provision of vouchers for experiences/special days. An account set up in Treliske Hospital for teenagers & families to have access to food & drink at all times. The provision of grants & individual requests from beneficiaries to get them through & enhance everyday life.

We support children and young people up to the age of 30 and their families affected by Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1). We organise residential camps for children and days out for families. We are passionate about mental health and wellbeing. We work closely with health visitors to raise awareness and early diagnosis of NF1.

Our mission is to provide holistic and integrated multi-disciplinary services for disabled children, their families and the communities living in Dien Ban District, Central Vietnam. Home-Start Bradford District is a preventative & early help service offering confidential, support, friendship and practical help to families who have at least one child under the age of 5 years. They recruit, train and support volunteers, all of whom have parenting experience, to home visit families who are experiencing difficult times and promote self-esteem, confidence and encourage self-help.

Our aim is to enhance the development and education of children under statutory school age, in a parent-involving community-based group, to provide a safe, secure and stimulating environment, and to work within a framework which ensures equality of opportunity for all children and families.
