We are a military founded, driven charity with extremely high standards. We provide grants to Military/Ministry of Defence personnel, past and present, including their immediate families who are suffering the effects of cancer. Military vs Cancer cannot stop cancer, we cannot control or alter its path but what we can do is step in and simplify the process to ease the pain of the families involved.

Sapphire provides an adult environment for those young people who want to increase their confidence and achieve successfully in the community and the wider society. The young person is central to the service we deliver, underpinned by positive relationships with the family/carers and all the relevant professionals involved.

The Murray Parish Trust raises funds to deliver projects which support the mental health of seriously ill children and their families across the UK. By improving access to specialist, imaginative and empowering support at the earliest possible moment, these children can go on to lead happy and fulfilling lives.

DREAMS AND WISHES IS A CHARITY DEDICATED TO HELPING SERIOUSLY ILL CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.

Provide education and care for pre-school aged children, in an ofsted approved environment, in the Great Yarmouth area. Activities include; arts and crafts and learning through play. We also support children and families with special needs.

Home-Start is a voluntary home-visiting scheme for families with pre-school children who may be under stress and experiencing difficulties. Volunteers offer regular support to the families in their own homes.

We offer high quality, affordable, inclusive and accessible childcare for children primarily under statutory school age.We work to enhance the atmosphere of our local community by creating a thriving family environment where children can continue to develop and learn, working in partnership with statutory, professional and voluntary groups to meet the needs of children and families.

Early Explorers groups for families 0-3yr olds delivering Peep Learning Together programme, Early readers for schools promoting early literacy, Grandparents groups, Transition groups in schools, Little Talkers for families on speech & language waiting list, Active play sessions, Story Explorers volunteer-led home sessions, Training for schools/nurseries, Volunteering opportunities & training.

The Ella Dawson Foundation was initially registered with the Charities Commission in December 2021 as a Charitable Trust Deed (Charity No 1197112). The charity aims to help young adults aged 18-30 years old living in the UK and their families and carers to live well through and beyond a cancer diagnosis by providing tailored physical, psychological, nutritional and wellbeing support.

To relieve the needs of children and young people aged 0-25 yrs in Surrey & surrounding areas with disabilities &/or additional needs, including their parents, families & carers & to assist in improving their quality of life & promoting their inclusion in their local communities & to help and support them to reach their full individuals & members of society for the public benefit.

We raise money to enable us to support people in our local community with life limiting , life changing circumstances and disabilities through organised events such as music events and family fun days .

Headway Thames Valley aims to increase understanding of brain injury and its consequences using individual programmes to enhance cognitive, physical and personal development and encouraging the return to as normal a life as possible. Holidays, meet ups, support groups. courses & trips improve social and community re-integration and provide support, advice and respite to the families and carers.

Bristol Black Carers provides person centred, holistic services for young and adult carers which includes their cared-for, family and friends encompassing their cultural background. We focus on Caribbean, African and Asian communities. We strive to create an understanding of the carers' role and responsibilities and help them to access relevant support for their needs that they have prioritised

The Huddleston Centre is based in Hackney and supports Hackney residents. Our aim is to enable disabled people and their families to take maximum control of their lives, and play a full and active role in the community.Activities include: junior and senior youth clubs, access (sports) scheme, residential trips, a high needs club, school holiday play schemes and Saturday clubs.

For people with learning disabilities, their families and carers in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames-to provide welfare, educational leisure, holiday and respite services and support-to inform,represent, promote and advance their rights and needs-to support them in securing services and support -to monitor the adequacy and suitability of services provided by statutory authorities

We offer a comprehensive schedule of structured events and activities, including residential breaks, cinema outings, arts and craft sessions, family day trips, music therapy sessions, wall climbing, biking, cooking, swimming, trampolining etc. This helps to develop confidence, coordination, interaction, life and learning skills for Children/Young People on the Autistic Spectrum.

Greystones Pre School provides care and education for children aged 2 1/2 to 5, during school term times. We operate from rooms within Greystones Primary School and are at the heart of our local community, providing support to our children and their families.
