HSUK has been formed to improve the quality of life of boys and men who are born with the condition known as hypospadias. We do this by enabling them to understand more about the condition; educating health professionals and GPs about the condition and its specific treatment needs; and by providing a website and associated resources.

During school term times, qualified Instructors and Helpers (3 per pony and child) give half hour riding instruction to disabled children. Lessons are given once a week. On average six youngsters, male and female attend.
