HSGA is a voluntary support group for people with autism, their families and carers, in the Huddersfield area. We aim to provide support and advice for our members and the wider community. We are represented on an LEA steering group to lobby for better educational provision. We hold meetings for members, frequent social events and activities.

Social Club for people with Learning Disabilities

We provide a weekly club for adults with learning difficulties, from 18 years old+. We befriend, do craft work, games, talk, we also take members to the cinema, meals out in local pub/restaurant, day trips to South Wales/West Wales/also West Country & Midlands.

The Charity's objects are, for the public benefit, to relieve the needs of adults with learning difficulties by establishing and maintaining communities, residential houses, day centres or other types of social and/or educational community, in which they live and/or work and/or otherwise attend with persons providing support.

Anvil Trust seeks to provide Christian residential care in the local community for the learning disabled adult. Anvil trust exists for all those with learning disabilities who need us, and not just for people from Christian families.

PACT was set up to relieve the needs of children with autism by supporting autistic children, their parents and carers at Cage Green primary school.
