Denises Promise is a UK based charity which supports the education of children in Mpigi, Uganda. The charity pays the teacher's salaries at the Abato School in Mpigi. It also pays for the schooling of 10 orphaned boys.

Provision of accommodation for elderley widows

THE FUND IS MAINLY FOR THE RELIEF OF WIDOWS, WIDOWERS, SURVIVING QUALIFYING COHABITENTS, SURVIVING CIVIL PARTNERS AND SURVIVING DEPENDANT RELATIVES OF MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCES PENSION SOCIETY OR OF PERSONS WHO SERVED IN THE ARMED FORCES OF THE CROWN WHO ARE IN NEED BY VIRTUE OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS, DISABILITY OR THE EFFECTS OF OLD AGE.

To relieve the needs of orphans aged between 2 and 16 years in the Middle East in general and Egypt inparticular, through providing grants and support to organisations who are taking care of them andsupplying them with accommodation, care & education.At the moment we are supporting a charity in Alexandria who are managing an orphanage.

To raise money in the UK to provide grants and donations for such charitable purposes, for the public benefit, that promote good health, well-being, hygiene and sanitation for students and youth in addition to advancing care for and education of orphans and vulnerable children in Kenya.

Civil war and the HIV/AIDS epidemic have left nearly 2 million ugandan orphans who need help with food, clothing and education. Our charity, with the help of regular donations from our sponsors, continues to support the education and care of orphaned and vulnerable children and families in Uganda.

The charity caters for orphaned children and vulnerable children in the village of Igoji, Meru, Kenya. We provide shelter, clothing, healthcare, education and support in interventions that help children make sense of their past, so that they are able to move on to a future where they can achieve positive outcomes.

Orphan support in terms of clothing, support for their homes with bedding, furniture and renovations. During Ramadhan and Eid have funded foodstuffs for iftar and Eid programs.

PROMOTE INDEPENDENCE AND SOCIAL INTEGRATION FOR HOMELESS AND VULNERABLE PEOPLE THROUGH DISTRIBUTION OF CLOTHS, FOODS, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS AND GENERAL HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE.OUR AIM IS TO IMPACT LIVES AND MAKE THE COMMUNITY AND SOCIETY AT LARGE A BETTER PLACE.

To benefit Brother Masons, their distressed widows, children and dependants and to benefit such Masonic and non-Masonic Charities as the members shall direct.

For the relief of such Poor and distressed Brother Masons or their poor and distressed widows or children or to or for the benefit of such Masonic charities or other charitable societies and objects as the lodge shall in duly constituted meeting from time to time direct.

Relief of distress of Masons and their widows and children, primarily of the Masonic lodges within the Masonic Province of Lincolnshire and making grants to other Masonic charities.

The Fund is devoted to extending immediate relief to any Mark Master Mason who has been a regular subscribing member of a Mark or Royal Ark Mariner Lodge within the Province of Nottinghamshire for a period of not less than three years, to his Widow or to his dependants, when satisfactory reasons are produced of necessity, or to the support of Masonic and non-Masonic Charities as deemed appropriate

The Can Care Support Group provides financial support through the Can Care Trust in India for orphaned girls who live in a home situated in Jaipur. Money is provided for shelter, food, clothing, medical attention, education at local schools, and further education at university level. Support is also given for further education and medical care to older girls who have left the home.

Rescue and rehabilitation of sick, injured or orphaned hedgehogs.

The charity supports three grass roots orphanages and childcare projects in Bangladesh, by providing grants for books, teachers, medical supplies, uniforms. We are also working with Roehampton University to train front line workers with children in play therapy and get free play therapy to the children on the streets of Dhaka.
