To provide relief and assistance to needy with special regard to widows, orphans and invalids of the Battalion. The assistance is in the form of donations and the majority is for the elderly.

For the benefit of firstly the poor and deserving spinsters or widows in the Parish. Secondly, for the poor or deserving bachelors and widowers in the Parish and thirdly, any other person in the said parish of Bradwell on Sea whom the Parish Council deem to be deserving and needy given in such manner and at such times as the said parish council shall decide.

Raises funds to distribute to agencies providing services to Jewish children in need of special care in the UK and Israel. Provides equipment of all kinds and supports specific projects for children who are blind, deaf, mentally or physically disabled, orphaned, neglected, deprived, abused, refugee or in need of medical care.

The objective of the charity is to provide support to those current and former members of Cakebread Robey & Company plc (Cakebread's). The latter includes widows/widowers of former employees.

For the benefit of distressed Brother Masons, their widows and children or for the benefit of such Masonic institutions or other charitable institutions or societies as the lodge may direct.

The charity is solely for the people of Donington in Lincolnshire. An annual grant to young peoples groups. A Christmas distribution available to all persons over 70 years of age and all widows provided that they have been resident in Donington for 10 or more years. An annual distribution to a set number of residents fitting the above criteria at the discretion of the Trustees.

WE SUPPORT PHARMACISTS, RETIRED AND FORMER PHARMACISTS, UNDERGRADUATE PHARMACY STUDENTS, PRE-REGISTRATION PHARMACISTS, WIDOWS OR WIDOWERS OF PHARMACISTS AND ANY MEMBER OF A PHARMACISTS FAMILY WHO IS DEPENDENT ON A PHARMACIST FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT.

Small donation to widows and widowers within parish who apply on each year

The Fund made grants totalling £750 during the year to the benefit of the families and dependants of deceased members of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

Distributing small grants to widows in the Parish of Great Munden.

Provide allowances for heating for widows over 70 years resident in the parish of St Johns Oakfield for the last 3 years

Assists employees, ex-employees and widows/widowers of employees in times of hardship.

To make donations for the relief of poor widows

Charity makes grants to - note the charity currently is not active and has not made any grants - it is currently reviewing options for use of funds in accordance with its objects

To raise money from the membership for support of charitable organisations and enterprises and the widows of the Lodge.

Grants to necessitous members and widows of deceased members.

A) To relieve by donations annuites or otherwise assist necessitous Brethren Widows Orphans or Dependants of deceased brethren andB) The doing of all such lawful things as are coductive to the attainment of the above object and is governed by the rules authorised and revised at the Convention of the Order

Donations are from Lodges and interest from investments, payments are made to widows of deceased members, and members who are in need. Donations to Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal, the R.A.O.B, G.L.E, Chidrens Gift Fund.

The Windsor and Uxbridge Province in part of the wider Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes. We have Lodges that meet at regular intervals and raise funds to promote their social & charitable activities. This Charity supports the members and there dependents (Wife, Partner, Widow & Children) with grants to support i.e. Health, Poverty, Education or Disability needs.

FOR THE RELIEF OR BENEFIT OF NECESSITOUS BRETHREN OF THE ORDER AND OF NECESSITOUS WIDOWS ORPHANS OR DEPENDENTS OF DECEASED BRETHREN OF THE ORDER.

To help employees or ex-employees of the Club (whether servants or members of the clerical staff) who are found to be in need at any time, and their widows,children or other dependants, likewise in need, by means of charitable grants in money or kind paid from the Fund in accordance with the Regulations.
