The Hermitage Preschool has over fifty years experience providing high quality education and care to preschool children from our excellent facilities right in the centre of the village of Ruddington.

A preschool for the children of Chickerell and surrounding areas.

PRE-SCHOOL PROVIDING EDUCATION/PLAY FOR CHILDREN AGE TWO YEARS TO FIVE YEARS. DAILY SESSIONS MONDAY TO THURSDAY 8.00AM TO 15.30PMFRIDAY 8.00AM TO 12.30PM

To enhance the development and education of children primarily under statutory school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups.

Provision of childcare and education to children aged 2 until entry to school, in the Locks Heath (Western Wards) area.

The Charity operates a Day Nursery for children in Haltwhistle and the surrounding area from birth to 4 years of age. The Charity also runs Playgroup sessions and a before and after school club.

Pre school playgroup. Teaching children to learn at a preschool age. Children meet up for a few hours each day and learn to communicate and play with other children. Are trained for eventually going on to full time schooling

Regular worship open to all. Pastoral work, visiting the sick and bereaved. Teaching of Christianity through sermons, courses and small groups, Taking assemblies in schools. Promoting the mission of the church through events, meetings and distribution of literature. Provision of activities for senior citizens, parents, toddlers and other groups. Supporting charities in the UK and overseas.

Pre school activity and learning.

Serving the local community and providing important experiences for children between home and school. Your child will be learning skills, acquiring new knowledge and demonstrating their understanding through 7 areas of learning and development. Children learn by playing and exploring, being active, and through creative and critical thinking which takes place both indoors and outside.

Quality Pre-school care for children aged 2-5 years.

The Trust exists to tackle youth unemployment and the lack of affordable housing. This is achieved by purchasing run-down properties, renovating and renting to vulnerable young people in housing need. The Trust offers training and apprenticeships in construction skills to young people 16-24 years old. It also offers fully supported tenancies to young people between 18 and 24 in East Cleveland.

Pre-school providing day sessions for 2 to 4 year olds prior to primary education

WE ARE A PRE-SCHOOL WHO EDUCATE CHILDREN BETWEEN THE AGES OF 3 - 5 IN OUR LOCAL COMMUNITY.

Weekly: Sunday morning and evening services including activities for children. Toddler group, holding services in a local residential care home, assisting in local Primary and Junior Schools with assemblies and Bible teaching. Prayer meetings and small group Bible studies.Annually: Carol Services, involvement in the local community Carnival and Christmas Fayre

We provide childcare for children aged between 2 and 11 years old. Children can join the following activities depending on their age. Playgroup (flying start) is for 2 - 3 year olds. Wraparound care is for 3 - 4 year olds. After school club and Holiday club is for 3 - 11 year olds. We provide this care in the childcare building which is situated in the grounds of Ysgol Maes y Felin.
