The charity provides a Meal a Day at two Centres in Eswatini for an average of 220 children. It also provides basic pre-school education and love and care for the children.

Education

We are a small childcare setting in a rural village in Lincolnshire. We provide childcare for children aged 18 months to 5 years during term time and children aged 18 months to 11 years during school holiday

To enhance the development and education of children primarily under stautary school age by encouraging parents to understand and provide for the needs of their children through community groups.

Parwich Memorial Hall is a community facility available for hire for a wide range of activities and events that benefit the whole of the community. The hall is booked for a range of weekly activities including keep fit, pilates and table tennis, an art group, toddler group and is used as a hall by the village lunch and film night.

PRE-SCHOOL PROVIDING EARLY YEARS EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN AGED 2 -5 YEARS

Provides support to families with at least one child under five years of age, who are undergoing stress or difficulties for any reason. Training, support and supervision is provided to home-visiting volunteers, who visit the referred families in their home for 2-3 hours per week. Managed by paid office staff under the supervision of a board of trustees.

We aim to provide a happy, safe and secure environment, which promotes learning through play, for all children attending our sessions. If your child has additional learning needs please talk to us and we will be happy to offer whatever support we can, to ensure he/she benefits from their time with us. We provide a wide variety of activities, which include Numicon, ICT, painting, yoga, play dough

We are a 24 place Pre School Setting in the Southchurch area of Southend on Sea. We serve the local community and provide learning through play for children aged two to five, many of whom are from low income or single parent families.

The playschool provides care for 2-5 year olds for 5 mornings a week during term time. Upto 23 children may attend at any one time, of which no more than 5 must be between 2 and 2 and a half years.

We provide a playgroup for children aged between 2 and 4 years of age.We are open term time only and our hours are 9.00 to 12.00 5 days a week.

To provide suitable premises for local people to hire at an affordable rate. To provide activities for local people to enjoy i.e Monthly Tea Dances - Weekly Pre School Activity Sessions - Toddler Group for Pre School Children - 50 + Club for Older Local Residents. We also accomodate local groups i.e. Kung Fu Club - Women's Institute - Computer Classes - Parish Council Meetings - Brass Band etc.

Scouting activities for boys and girls from 6 to 14 years of age.

Our Charity runs a Saturday school in French language for children who live in a French speaking family or who have gained proficiency in French, typically as the result of schooling in a French speaking country.We also run a French-speaking parent and child playgroup on Saturday mornings

Provide assistance to the Nursery and Primary school aiding the purchase of additional equipment or projects.

Cylch Meithrin Llanbedr provides preschool education and care to children aged between 2 and 4 through the medium of Welsh. This is achieved through various play based activities that promote children's physical, creative, personal and social skills as well as developing their numeracy and linguistic skills.

Our role at Carmarthen Family Centre is to support families with young children by working in partnership to enhance family life and to offer opportunities for parents and children to improve their lives through education - empowering individuals and strengthening the communities in which they live.

We are a pre-school playgroup offering children and their families a facility 4 mornings per week to children in the Eckington area who are specifically targeted. Fees are deliberately kept to the minimum possible in order to make the playgroup affordable to as many families as possible, with reductions and subsidies from social services where need is greatest.

Teign Heritage is a local museum, run entirely by volunteers. Our education team offers themed visits and loan boxes to local schools and heritage-based activities for very young children. Our fully equipped room is available for hire to community groups. Other facilities include toilets, a lift and roof terrace. Our team of archivists respond to enquiries and produce new temporary exhibitions.
