Our trustee member organisations offer the following activities:- preschool, toddlers, brownies, dancing, lunch club, fitness sessions, art club, bowling, military modelling, annual church Christmas fair, annual village fete, pantomime group, craft club, gardening club, whist club.

Provision of a Village Hall for the use of Village Residents and external hirers; for example, PreSchool Group, Youth Club, various recreational clubs. In addition, events for residents of the village and private functions. Fundraising activities to support the maintenance and running of the Village Hall include a Summer Fair.

The objects of the organisation are to provide transport facilities in Gillingham, Dorset and the surrounding SP8 area, for people who have special need of such facilities because they are elderly, poor, or disabled, people with young children or those living in isolated areas where there are no adequate public transport facilities.

The objects of the Trust have been achieved by the Trust entering into a 125 year lease with the foundation trustees of NCJPS for land on the campus of that school. On this land a purpose built 70 place nursery has been erected

The activities of the Church are all aimed at the advancement of the Christian faith according to the principles of the Baptist Union of GB. Activities include, but are not restricted to, Sunday services, Toddler Group, Forest Church for all ages (Oakwood Church Hall), Lunch Club. We are a children's rights-based organisation. We run a dynamic Centre for Children's Empowerment in rural Sri Lanka. We provide a daily F.O.O.D Programme, Youth Empowerment Service (Y.E.S) & Preschool. We provide empowerment programmes, support & guidance to disadvantaged children & communities from rural tea estate regions. Our partners include charities/NGO's, schools & orphanages.

Provide facilities that can be used bygroups in the local community. The main halls are available for groups for a wide range of activities which currently include a toddler group and a choir. New groups are being introduced for arts and crafts that are available to both young and old. All users of the centre are encourage to offer a range of activities within the community to provide friendship.

We employ nursery practitioners to provide pre school education. In order to carry out this service we charge a small operation fee. This service is provided from The Old Guides Hall, Penyrheol Christian Spiritualist Church, Bowls Terrace, CF83 2DR .

The Village Hall is used for parties, meetings, quizzes, theatre productions (pantomimes etc), plus childrens toddler groups, sports such as badminton, volleyball & yoga, also as polling station etc. Meetings include parish council, WI, gardeners clubs etc.

Chesterton Community Partnership Trustees manage the Community Centre and the Village Hall. The activities are all designed to foster community involvement whether social or recreational. The Village Hall is used solely by Chesterton Play Group whilst the Community Centre accommodates leisure and social activities, including regular afternoon teas, community lunches & a Family Drop in facility.

Fairlight Village Playgroup is OFSTED approved, providing children from the age of two years to pre-school with educational and developmental experiences and activities. To support and aid their learning and development.

Our charity raises funds, primarily from social activities, which are used to fund events and expenditure for the benefit of the pupils of Hampton Wick Infant and Nursery School.
