TO MAKE FINANCIAL OR MATERIAL GRANTS TO MEMBERS AND TO FORMER MEMBERS OF THE MARK MASONIC PROVINCE OF OXFORDSHIRE WHO ARE IN CIRCUMSTANCES OF NEED. SUCH GRANTS ALSO EXTEND TO THEIR WIVES, WIDOWS, WIDOWED MOTHERS, SPINSTER SISTERS, AND CHILDREN. DONATIONS MAY ALSO BE MADE TO A NUMBER OF NATIONWIDE ESTABLISHED MASONIC CHARITIES.

The principal activity of this charity is the production of the annual Oxted Pram Race event to raise money for grants to local charitable organisations.
