Our main activity is to provide temporay accommodation / hospitalisation along with all necessary veterinary treatment to stray, unwanted and ill-treated cats and kittens until they are fit and healthy and ready to be re-homed.We also actively work with our Neuter Campaign. This work also includes welfare work and advice to the people that need our assistance.

A scout group registered with and governed by policy, organisation and rules of Scout Association. The beaver, cub, scout sections plan and execute annual programme of creative activity to meet the purpose of scouting.

To identify and develop innovative social policy and practice and develop solutions to social issues through a mix of research and initiatives. Two main areas of activity are : Social Justice and Philanthropy and Civil Society and these activities are carried out in UK and worldwide

The objective of the charity continued to be that of making grants and partnering with other deserving charitable organisations and individuals.

The Charity makes grants for a wide range of charitable purposes, in line with what is supported by the Rotary movement, including working in the local community, internationally in areas of the world less well off than the UK, for disaster relief, to help young people develop their potential and to support the environment.

King Edward Mine is a Cornish tin mine site, now a museum, one of only two complete sites left in the world. There is working machinery to demonstrate the processing of ore to tin concentrate, a shop, cafe and 22 acres to explore. The site has been run by volunteers since in 1987. The site is open to visitors from April until Sept each year, see www.kingedwardmine.co.uk for information.

General charitable purposes. The charity's main objective is to make grants to various charitable bodies which mainly benefit children, young people and voluntary bodies

To advance religion in accordance with the principles of the Anglican Church amongst members of the Naval Service and their dependants in particular but not exclusively by: The provision of grants for the training of Anglican clergy and laity serving in the Naval Service for the furtherance of God's Kingdom in the Naval Service. Support for the Naval representation at the C of E General Synod

The Canbrick Charitable Trust has been set up to advance such charitable purposes as the Trustees see fit, in particular, but not limited to, advancing the education, health and environmental awareness of children and young people in the UK and abroad for the public benefit by making grants. DISABILITY INFORMATION SERVICE, Advocacy including Care Act, Transcription, Self Care & Health Promotion, IT and On Line classes, Inclusive Health Activities, Payroll Service, accessible meeting rooms and office to hire.

For the advancement of education in classical music by the provision of grants or bursaries toward the cost of public professional performances, training or education in music, the development, upkeep and maintenance of venues providing such performances in Exeter and it's surrounding districts

TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF THOSE EXPERIENCING OR AFFECTED BY THROMBOTIC THROMBOCYTOPENIC PURPURA (TTP) IN THE UK AND THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND WITH AN INTERNATIONAL REACH. BY:- THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE, SUPPORT, REPRESENTATION AND ADVOCACY. TO IMPROVE EQUITY OF ACCESS TO TREATMENTS, PRESERVE AND IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE AND PROMOTE BEST PRACTICE AND ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN TTP.

To advance the education of the public in the history and development of Merseyside area road transport and to preserve, for the benefit of the public, historic or potentially historic road passenger transport vehicles,equipment and other associated items from the same area

The objects of the charity are to advance the education of pupils at Orchard House School of 16 Newton Grove, London W4 1LB in such manner and in all respects as the Trustees shall think fit, in particular through the award of bursaries, scholarships, exhibitions, prizes and grants to such pupils and prospective pupils.

TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF GREYHOUNDS, WHIPPETS AND LURCHERS BY PROVIDING NECESSARY CARE AND TEMPORARY SHELTER AND BY PLACING THEM IN SUITABLE HOMES.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE CARE OF GREYHOUNDS WHIPPETS AND LURCHERS. WE DO LOTS OF MEET AND GREETS TO MAKE THE GENERAL PUBLIC AWARE OF WHAT WE DO.

Making of grants to other registered charities as the trustees shall in their uncontrolled discretion from time to time determine. An emphasis is placed on charities within the local area of Norfolk and Suffolk.

The Charity is a non-fee charging money advice centre. It provides free, impartial and confidential personal money advice to those living in or near Milton Keynes through face-to-face budgeting, money and personal debt advice; communicates with creditors, having established an equitable allocation of any surplus income; and provides a self-help pack either via the internet or post.

The principal objects of the charity are to provide grants, donations and other financial assistance to charitable institutions

Grants to individual people in need in the third world, or organisations on behalf of those individual people. The trustees will make grants to other charities and organisations which offer help to people in need

Educational advice and advocacy service, mentoring and supplementary education programmes

The object of the ISSDP is to advance education for the public benefit into the effects of drug policy through the undertaking of study and research and the publication and dissemination of the useful results thereof. The ISSDP provides a worldwide forum for the development and dissemination of research on drug policy. ISSDP runs an annual conference, regional meetings and other events.

Our aims are to advance the life and relieve the need of young people who are looked after children, care leavers, care experienced, homeless and asylum seekers through providing; activities, experiences and training, addressing accommodation issues- including the provision of accommodation and support, campaigning for positive change and addressing issues that impact all of these young people.
