General grant-making activities.

The object of the charity is to promote the education of the public in the study, practice, knowledge and appreciation of music, more particularly the music of William Alwyn, by encouraging, promoting and assisting in the publication, performance and recording of the music of William Alwyn.

Talk Changes focuses on promoting mental health awareness and advocacy, through workshops, events, and Counselling services, with a specific emphasis on addressing anti-oppressive discrimination. By promoting open conversations and understanding, we seek to break down stigmas surrounding mental health issues and create a supportive environment for those who may be struggling.

We provide advice and assistance to those excluded from society; network groups to the socially isolated and also advocacy and general support. We do this from our premises in Stockton-on-Tees which has been thoughtfully designed to provide a safe and therapeutic environment which can facilitate personal growth in our beneficiaries.

We provide support and services for dyslexic children & adults of all ages, their parents/families, educators, employers & the wider community. We can be contacted via our Helpline & Website. We also support a Dyslexia Friendly Schools Quality Mark. Our focus is raising awareness of Dyslexia & our vision is a dyslexia friendly society that enables dyslexic people to reach their full potential.

Reviewing local planning proposals and submitting views. Attending consultation meetings and public hearings where appropriate.Presenting slide shows to interested parties.Arranging visits to places of historical and/or environmental interest.Publishing a quarterly journal "City and County"Campaigning as deemed necessary to protect landscape and heritage

Classical chamber ensemble - performance and education: education of the public in the subject of music and related art forms. Develop skills through creative, team-based workshops. To advance in life and help young people through the provision of music and creatively-based activities which develop their skills, confidence, awareness and ability to contribute to the wider society.

To make grants to other charities, organisations and individuals.

Our activities, carried out in Blewbury village and surrounding area, are to advance the conservation, protection and improvement of the physical and natural environment and the prudent use of resources for the benefit of the public through education of the public, promotion, awareness raising and skill sharing to build community resilience to combat climate change and resource scarcity

To receive bequests and donations from Mark Lodges, Royal Ark Mariner Lodges and Brethren of the Province of Northumberland and from other Masonic organisations. To make grants to Mark Brethren, widows and children in need and donations to the Fund of Benevolence of Grand Mark Lodge & other Masonic and non Masonic charities.

The Gane Charitable Trust provides grants towards the promotion of crafts, further education in the fields of crafts, architecture and design, and social welfare.

Providing advocacy and information via Signpost sessions throughout Salford; Setting up initiatives to lessen the isolation of disabled people; Working with organisations to form strategic partnerships; Training and Learning about disability issues; Promoting the right of disabled people to be involved in decision-making about their lives and what goes on in Salford; Campaigns and Community Audits

To provide grants to beneficiaries to enable them to undertake a course of study in the creative arts.

The primary purpose is to obtain grants and organize fund raising activities such as an annual Summer Festival, quiz nights, pop bingo evening, fun runs etc, with all monies raised/earned being given to QPCS in the form of grants to assist in the running of the school.

Preference for Cheltenham and Gloucestershire. Grants to individuals/projects where we can make a significant contribution. Donations for musical instrument purchase for music students (18), but not tuition fees/living expenses.Other exclusions: gap year trips, large charities, animal charities, foreign charities, major building projects.Please note: Our funding is fully committed at present

The objects of the charity are to make grants to any charities and for any charitable purpose as the Trustees feel appropriate.

The Company will continue to make donations and grants to local charities and organisations

The policy of the Chaim Yosef Trust continues to be to derive its income from fund raising activities and to make donations in accordance with the TrustÔÇÖs objects.

To advance the education of the public of Earlsdon, Chapelfields and surrounding areas in Coventry by the provision of a community Library, The building also provides computer and printing facilities to those in need and is used by local community groups e.g. Age UK; Mums and Toddlers; language classes, local primary school groups, Rhyme Time, computer coding classes for young people.

The Calne Link Scheme is a totally voluntary organisation that provides help in the form of care and transport for those in the local community who need it. People who through age or infirmity are unable to access hospitals, doctors surgeries or shops by their own means or by public transport are driven by the link scheme which also carries out shopping and provides companionship.

The charity's main aims are to promote and provide for the advancement of education, Tamil culture, the physical and mental health of children, and the relief of poverty through the provision of grants to suitable institutions and individuals in the UK and abroad. To meet its objectives the charity continued to make maintenance grants to qualifying institutions and individuals.

Retail operation raising money to give out to local deserving causes.

To make grants to persons who are or who have been a member, employee or volunteer of WVS, WRVS or Royal Voluntary Service, who being of limited means are in need of financial assistance
