Our MISSION is, very much aligned with what Sikhism stands for, to serve the Croydon & South London community with equality and fraternity. We promote the spirit of SEWA, selfless service to the entire human race, giving and sharing within the community. We currently runs free classes in Punjabi, Sikhi, music and Yoga for the local community as well as organizing events & trips for all age groups.

The Lambeth Horticultural Society undertakes to :1. To promote public knowledge, interest and participation in horticultural activities, encouraging and facilitating good horticultural practice appropriate to a largely urban environment, principally in the LB of Lambeth and neighbouring areas. 2. To advise, support and participate in horticultural projects and local events

Currently our Charity is working in social events with the purpose of advance the gospel of Jesus,supporting people who need advice including giving information providing support with food and travel to our community area, Also the Charity is registered into a collection of surplus at a depot where we go every two week to collect surplus to our neighbourhood such as veg, fruits and milk.

PUBLIC OPEN SPACE

We are the PTA for Heavers Farm Primary School. Our 2018-19 aims were to (1) establish the PTA after a period of inactivity, establishing fit for purposes structures for managing our activities in line with our responsibilities as a charity; and (2) most importantly, to deliver a programme of activities to build our school community and to raise funds to support our school

The Charity has worked with an affiliated Education Trust to make available the listed NAAFI building and grounds, within the Kenley Conservation area, for a fully operational school .

A Sikh place of worship providing daily religious services, conducting birth naming, marriages, funerals, initiations, serving langar (communal kitchen), teaching of Punjabi, delivering lectures on the Sikh faith, philosophy, history and way of life.

Crossworld runs a range of fooball-related projects for young people who are seeking or have sought asylum in the UK in order to equip them to live productive and fulfilling lives. Crossworld's projects include a weekly drop-in project, and weekly training sessions and competitive matches for our eleven-a-side football team. We also run a series of summer activities.

The charity advances the Christian faith according to the principles of the Baptist denomination.

The objective of the charity is to hold and utilise assets and the income they derive in furtherance of charitable objects in the area of benefit, which is the Parish of St Michael and All Angels with St James, Croydon

provides education/training to young people of all race, gender and religion from age 7 to 16. The charity is also engaged in religious activities, give help to the general public, provides drug and alcohol counselling service to young people and also provides advice, advocacy and information to young people.

Charity raises funds through UK organised events such as the Brighton Marathon, London Marathon, London Triathlon, and Great South Run. As a charity we also run our own annual Pro-Am Golf Day and quiz night. We also raise funds through one-off small scale events such as cake sales, dress down days and awareness days and we recycle various items such as ink cartridges, CD/DVD's and mobile phones.
