Maintain War Memorial for use of the general public

The relief of sickness and preservation of good health by the provision of free psychological services for those withneeds not met by statutory or third sector services or for those who are prohibited from accessing psychological therapy due to low income.

To carry on for the benefit of those with Autism, Asperger syndrome and related conditions (hereafter collectively referred to as "people with autism") the business of providing housing and any associated amenities especially designed or adapted to meet the disabilities and requirements of such persons.

To provide Trefoil Montessori School with educational resources, expansion and development of its teaching facilities, to support it in its educational aims to provide community based sustainable education.

To raise funds to extend educational activities

To further the charitable work of the Church of England in the parish of Colemans Hatch East Sussex by:-(a) augmenting the endowment of the Holy Trinity Church;(b) the repair, maintenance, upkeep, improvement and insurance against, fire and other risks of the church and its furniture and ornaments; and(c) care and maintenance of any churchyard and buildings in the area of benefit.

Sport and recreation

The preservation and conservation of the church of St Stephen's Church, Hammerwood for the public benefit by providing support to maintaining, preserving and improving the historic church building its grounds and its contents.

Organises events for the Bangladeshi community and the inhabitants of Hastings, East Sussex.

The Seminary is a college training students in preparation for ordination as Catholic Priests.

Aid to widows of the parish

** Has now been superseded by Woodchurch Heritage CIO Trust Charity# 1193824 ** The trust operates a museum and study centre covering the social history of the parish of Woodchurch and its immediate environment, from the earliest times to the present. It also offers outreach services to schools and other organisations.
