Orgaising social events, day trips short break holidays for elderly people in the area. Also providing a meeting place where they can meet people of similiar age and interests.

The funds are used for research into paediatric diseases, education of staff and for equipment, which would assist in the welfare of sick children within the area covered by the Wessex regional hospital board.

Working with our sister charity in Kenya to provide support to poverty stricken regions, including low income families, orphanages, the elderly, and single mothers. Our focus areas in terms of the support we provide are in Food, Education, Water, and Housing.

i) The relief of poverty by promoting tree planting and effective tree management internationally as means of combating land erosion and degradation, rural poverty and ecological and environmental deterioration, andii) The advancement of education in the importance of the role of forestry and in tree planting and tree management

Provide environmental activities for all ages and parts of the local community, maintain a community garden, sell refreshments and hold various community events and activities throughout the year. We also serve as a channel of communication between local residents, Portsmouth City Council and Community Police and other interested parties. Our facilities and events are run solely by volunteers.

We set out to help feed the poor on the Flowers Estate and elsewhere in Southampton by giving vouchers for them to buy food. We also offer help to those needing support with debt problems, or needing furniture or white goods through SCRATCH (CC no 1078344) We also seek to bring hope to those caught up in addictions, that there is a way to become free from them.We pray with those who request it.

Brockenhurst primary school parents and teachers association actively fund raises for the benefit of the children at the school.

St John's PTA raises money to provide facilities or equipment which support the School and advance the education of the pupils

To promote the education, including social and physical training of Church of England children resident in East Boldre.

THE OBJECTS OF THE SOCIETY ARE TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE DRAMATIC, OPERATIC AND MUSICAL ARTS, AND TO FURTHER THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC APPRECIATION AND TASTE IN SUCH ARTS.

We hold many regular events throughout the year to raise funds. These include, but is not exclusive to, a Christmas Fayre, Mother's & Father's Day shops, Summer BBQ, Easter Egg Hunt, Discos, running an afterschool book and tuck shop and family evening events. The biggest event we run each year is the September Family Fun Day which the whole community is invited to.

The principal activities of the educational charitable trust are to maintain Gilbert White's House & Garden in Selborne, with associated Field Studies Centre, as a visitor attraction & Accredited museum. We engage with people of all ages & abilities to promote enjoyment & exploration of our heritage through our exhibitions, collections, learning & education programme, outreach & access policies.
