The Jamie G Charity helps local sporting clubs and individuals, by way of funding equipment and travel and equipment.

The objects are to promote for the benefit of the inhabitants firstly of Penton Mewsey, the hamlets of Penton Grafton and Penton Harroway and secondly the surrounding area, the provision of facilities and activities for recreation or other leisure time occupation. This includes managing Penton Village Hall and Penton Recreation Ground.

Acitivities Programme for children & families, young people, adults and over 50's. This includes Kids Club ages 5 -12, Job Club providing support, advice, training for the unemployed. Community Cafe and computer drop in and advice to enable those without access to a computer, smart phone or internet to claim in work and out of work benefits. Collection point for Food Bank.

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Southampton and persons living in and around Hampshire by the provision of facilities for kayaking and canoeing.We offer affordable fitness sessions year round for club members. The use of structured fitness regimes also help one be part of the marathon kayaking racing team if they wish to do so.

The Friends of Bourne charity endeavours to carry out fund raising activities such as raffles and events along with applications to individuals for donations to extend curriculum resources.

The object of the Blewbury Players is to educate the public in the dramatic and operatic arts and to further the development of public appreciation and taste in the said arts. The main activity of the Blewbury Players has been the production of plays, operas and other theatrical events of a high standard.

The Sway Youth Centre is provided for a pre school nursery, brownies and guides, pathfinders- church youth people group, a drop in centre for after school groups, Self defense group for young people. The centre is available for hire by young families for parties or special events.

We are part of Girlguiding and follow their programme of activities this include many Indoor and outdoor activities including climbing, canoeing, hiking and camping, Skill builder activities, badge work, community service, homemaking and general games and activities.

Provision of a campus for a Sixth Form College.Awarding Bursaries, Awards and Prizes to students at the college of the charity.

Provide and manage designated allotment plots for individuals plus raised beds adapted for wheelchair users. Organiseand deliver lectures, discussions and demonstrations. Visit places and organisations of horticultural interest. Liaise withlocal councils and other community organisations to promote horticulturally related activities. Hold horticultural shows andcompetitions.
