Therapy riding activities for mentally and physically disabled children and young adults.To advance education in diabetes and diabetic care through educational programmes using the horse as a teaching tool. Provide recreation facilities for improving the life conditions of individuals who have need by reason of their youth, age infirmity or disability, financial hardship or social circumstances.

The object of the charity is to protect and conserve the wildlife and natural environment of the Slipper Mill Pond, which is located in the Parish of Southbourne, West Sussex, for the benefit and quiet enjoyment of the public. Much of the maintenance of the pond infrastructure is achieved by volunteers, but larger projects require contractors to carry out the work.

Friends of Freegrounds Junior School (FoFJS) is made up of parents, teachers and friends of the school who organise fundraising activities & events. These include but are not limited to discos, summer fayres, colour runs and more. The monies raised are used to fund additional recourses for all children in school to further enrich their education to help them to achieve their best possible outcomes
