The principal object of the charity is to provide for the funding of projects in support of all aspects of caring for the education of children in India; these projects include the building of school facilities, funding of teachers, educational support, sustenance and the provision of drinking water through well installation.

We are involved in the advancement of education by sponsoring the schooling, up to and including University level, or equivalent, of children from the poorer areas of the Indian sub-continent. At present, we support families in Bengaluru (Bangalore), in the State of Karnataka, and Puducherry (Pondicherry), in the State of Tamil Nadu.

Interplast UK engages in medical missions serving in developing countries and provides free reconstructive surgery for the underprivileged. This includes treating congenital abnormalities in children, eg cleft lip and/or palate, revision of scars following burns and restoring function in the case of hand injuries. Teams total 5-15 members (surgeons, anaesthetists and nurses).

We support individuals in activities which promote education,the furtherance of the gospel of God and the relief of poverty .

The Trust raises funds for projects in Haryana in northern India, aimed at rural regeneration and building closer ties with rural communities in the state, directed at all times by the priorities of local people. Our major project is the building of a school and resource centre in the village of Buwan Kothi, in memory of one of our Trustees, Gilly Mundy, who died suddenly in March 2007.
