The Sussex Harmonisers club advances, promotes and encourages the art of barbershop singing and a cappella harmony in quartet and chorus form for adults of all ages. It has male- and female-voice choruses which perform at arts festivals, community events and in public to entertain and raise funds for its charity. Its male chorus is a member of the British Association of Barbershop Singers.

Ownership and management of ex-norwegian state railway steam locomotive no 376. After 11 years of regular running on the Kent & East Sussex Railway the locomotive is now into its five year of overhaul, in part funded by this charity.

Weald Memorial Village Hall Management Committee manages the maintenance and letting of the hall for the puposes of the residents of Sevenoaks Weald, Kent. It is an essential community asset.

We offer therapeutic counselling (art, drama, play) alongside conventional counselling for children, young people and adults 5-years upwards, in the Shepway area. We provide individual (one to one) counselling as well as group counselling, where appropriate.We also provide family member counselling where appropriate.

The Village Hall for community use. It is open for use by local village organisations and we also take bookings from persons out of the village

as defined in paragraph 1 (a ) and (b) of a Trust Deed dated 13th Febuary 1984 under which the Charity was created and a copy of which has been submitted to the Charity Commission

Owns and maintains Rolvenden War Memorial along with the green and hedge around the memorial. Owns and maintains both Rolvenden Village andRolvenden Layne Playing Fields along with supporting activities taking place within the village, especially using the playing fields.

The Club promotes the appreciation of chamber music primarily by arranging recitals by renowned musicians in the Ship Theatre (Walthamstow School) in Sevenoaks. Admission by ticket is open to anyone, and discounted tickets are available, primarily through a season ticket scheme. The Club also provides a recital opportunity for two Sevenoaks Young Musician Competition participants each year.

To educate and train the general public with the keeping of Vintage Vehicles whether they be motor driven or steam, traction engines, and all items of machinery, to include agriculture, horticulture and stationary engines, motor cycles, pedal cycles and all modes of transport.

Local education and social activities

The charity provides and maintains a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Lamberhurst without distinction of political,religious or other opinions,including use for meetings,lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

Various events held on the school premises to raise funds to aid the school and for the benefit of the children.

HOUSING FOR ELDERLY LOCAL RESIDENTS.

The Club predominantly supports causes local to its base area but, in addition, also supports the Kids Out Programme and, via another charity, various schemes in Uganda.

Project Moz operates in Mozambique, Africa. Child sponsorship funds are put towards the care, food, education and healthcare costs of the children within All Nations Mozambique. Project Moz supports community projects include an orphanage build, care and education for street children and provision of mosquito nets and food parcels to communities.

We embarked on various training programmes to equip more church volunteers with the relevant counselling skills that will help them serve the community better. We have sent financial support to other charities and organisations involved in giving relief to victims of disasters such as flood disaster and other emergency incidents around the world.

Iwade Village Hall provides a meeting place for the residents of Iwade and of the surrounding area.The Hall facilitates community activities such as: Rainbows, Cubs, Beavers, Scouts, Clubs, WI, Nurseries, Dancing, Keep Fit and as a venue for private gatherings, assemblies, presentations etc.This list is not restrictive, neither is the use of the Hall solely limited to the residents of Iwade.

The main purpose of the group is to give observed runs (ORs) to associate members in order that those members pass the IAM Motorcycle test.
