The aims and objectives of Happy Hearts internationally are shared by Happy Hearts UK but the charity is independently administered and Happy Hearts (US) do not have voting rights on the board of Happy Hearts UK.

Education and Training

Maasai Molar operates in Aitong, Kenya on the edge of the Maasai Mara. MM provides oral healthcare by trained volunteers on an annual basis. Throughout the year MM provides oral health education, toothbrushes and toothpaste to the region's schools through a locally trained oral health educator. MM acknowledge the wider determinants of health and provide reusable sanitary pads to school girls

Wildlife Conservation. Advisory and consultancy work

We create awareness and provide support on cancer and dementia for Africa. We organise lectures, seminars and symposia on the subjects with a view to enlighten anyone with the conditions or their relatives on how to be prompted for medical check up, for early detection which could prevent fatality. We do organise test centres for free medical check ups and signpost them accordingly.

We are a charity which aims to improve laboratory medicine in Africa.TREATMENT STARTS WITH DIAGNOSIS.We are based in the UK and aim to improve health in Africa by supplying laboratory equipment and providing training and volunteers to laboratories, clinics and hospitals serving the public.

MEDICAL HELP FOR CHILDREN.

Improvement of water supplies, sanitation and advice on related health matters through theimplementation of water projects, through the installation of water pumps, hand pumps, and any otherwater intervention as well as through education at site of the local communities. Education of the public concerning the nature, causes and effects of such poverty through work shops and other means.

METEA organises and supports training courses for mathematics teachers and teacher educators in Africa. In particular, METEA supports training courses that introduce effective teaching and learning methods and materials, and those that support educators to disseminate these within their communities. METEA supports the creation of resources that are freely available.
